Daryl made me sad this episode. I mean, after being their hostage he has a right to be angry but damn.

This plot has me confused. I could use a map showing the different locations and plan of attack - I wasn't sure where Rick and Daryl were in relation to the other Alexandrians until the end of this episode.
Doesn't the story seem to be implying that Negan knew details of their attack plan? The guns were moved the day before the attack - suspicious, yes? And Gregory said Negan already knew they were planning to attack when he went to him. Why wasn't Maggie like, "Whatchu talkin bout, Greg?"
Maybe I'm just dense. I don't follow action movies well and that's what these episodes have felt like.

I can't remember where I saw it after last week, but some people think there's a spy in Alexandria and are pointing at Gabriel. I suppose it's equally possible that Eugene could have given Negan a possible game plan, since he knows how they think, but I feel like that's giving him more credit than he deserves.

Why didn’t they kill them? Keeping them alive is never a good idea. Yes! Terminus anyone?

Gabriel makes sense. There was a scene with him in the last season (or maybe the one before last) where he basically says Ricks group are bad people. Then it hasn't been confirmed that he was killed and on talking dead they said "wherever Gabriel is" or something and didn't talk much about him. So it makes me think he's still alive. But then I feel like Gabriel has come around lately. Faking Maggie's death so negan wouldn't know she was okay, fighting with the rest of Ricks group, even trying to help Gregory after he was a complete douche.

Jesus pissed me off this episode. Like, c'mon! It never ends well when you keep the bad guys. I hope Maggie and Rick give the order to kill them, otherwise they'll find an opportunity to hurt the good guys.
I felt like Ezekials team was too confident and successful, so I kind of expected something bad to happen like it did.
Daryl is a badass and I'm glad he had the "take no prisoners" attitude. Someone needed to be smart about it.
I wondered about Dwight. Will he actually completely turn on negan? Will he join Ricks group (or hilltop/kingdom) or will he go searching for his wife? Or maybe negan will kill him once he finds out he betrayed him?

Was I the only one concerned about that baby getting hungry? How long would it take to walk to the hilltop? Rick probably should have grabbed baby supplies when he grabbed the baby. I still don't understand how they have formula and what not.

Ezekiel annoys the crap out of me. I think it's his facial expressions.
I think Dwight really is on Rick's side now. Maybe he told Neegan to move the weapons to show that he's still loyal or something. It's not like he told them they're attacking today, otherwise all of those posts would have been prepared for them.

Jesus's good guy act doesn't make any sense to me, especially when his group just sneaked into the outpost, lined up at all the doors and opened fire on all the people just sitting in their rooms. Like, how is Jesus ok with that but not ok with taking out the rest of Saviors at the outpost?

I still don't understand how they have formula and what not. My first thought was how annoying it will be hunting for formula, but I know they’ll gloss over that and baby will magically be fed.

I feel like every season someone has to be the voice of reason and morality, I guess it’s Jesus’ turn. Yawn.

It would’ve been more impactful if Rick was being held at gunpoint by the baby’s mom or caregiver. Something like that would pull on more heartstrings and maybe make him second guess himself. Morales was drawn out and dumb. (Thank you again, Daryl.)

I want to catch up on the new season of FTWD but I’m Canadian and can’t access AMC online because my provider isn’t on the list. Does anyone know a free alternative?

He exaggerates every word and facial feature.
