T is doing better since his lip/tongue tie revision. Both the LC and pedi suggested I trial dairy. I've already eaten baked dairy with no issues. Accidental exposure to butter about 6 weeks ago didn't result in an eczema flair like with r. I really want to see if I can eat at least limited quantities in Germany next month since dairy free is very difficult there.
How should I do it? T only poops every 7-10 days so I can't use that as a guide. What should I look for?

When I reintroduced dairy to L at 6 months, I started with creamer in my coffee the first 2 days, then cheese days on 3 and 4. She didn't do the painful screaming so we never turned back, and she has no dairy intolerance now at 3 years. She also had a tongue tie that was clipped.
Hope it works out for you just as easily!

Thanks. I can do that. I just never did this with r and introduced it to him directly around a year. Hoping it goes well!
