Trader Joes falafel in a wrap with hummus, lettuce, tomato, and cukes. First time - we'll see how it is. Other things on the menu include delicacies like Hot dogs, canned baked beans, string beans Turkey burgers and broccoli. Do the falafel have soy in them? I love felafel but don't really want to make my own I can look tonight - I'm not sure

We went camping over the long weekend so I'm entirely unprepared for this weeks. We had fajitas Sunday, and fajita quesadillas last night. We have a ton of bacon we need to cook asap. So maybe bacon, eggs, and hash browns one night. Any other bacon ideas? BLTs? Crumble it in salads or on pizza/flatbreads? I am a big fan of black bean soup with cubed avocado in it and crumbled bacon and tortilla chips on top. We made BLT quesadillas the other night with leftover bacon baked potatoes? pretty much anything for bacon

I was looking for bacon as more of a main than a topping. Llol. I also didn't want to go to the store. But yes. I shall sprinkle it in everything for the next week.
ETA: and a hard no on black beans. Like ever. Blech.

Okay I decided. San Francisco chicken (AKA ITK's chicken) with Jamie Oliver's eggplant parm (grilled instead of breaded and fried) Fajitas with all the fixings Keilbasa and cabbage au gratin, maybe pierogies, too Pork tenderloin and squash cakes I might pick up some ham for crepes, too Squash cakes?????????? It was a side from a Blue apron meal! Similar to latkes, but made with shredded summer squash.

That sounds divine, and has all my kid's favorite foods so that would be a dinner win.

We're having omelets with all the leftover veggies from my fridge chopped into them. (we leave for vacation soon, so I'm trying to use things up.) Anybody want some limes? I have 12 limes. Can I freeze them?

Confession: I had tried falafel once and wasn't a big fan, so would always skip it when ordering everywhere else. Well I was a work meeting that had catered Greek food and falafels were included and am now wonderingly what I have been missing. Also, now I'm craving Greek food.

Cabbage ramen salad Chicken piccata, zucchini, and pasta Asian cabbage rolls Beef and broccoli with rice Grilled lemon chicken flatbread wraps with spicy garlic sauce BBQ chicken salad
We just started getting a local fruit and veggie box so it's making me branch out a bit. Like figuring out what to do with a napa cabbage as big as my two year old.

Like ever. Blech. DH makes bacon explosion. Basically he weaves a mat of bacon then mixes Italian sausage and BBQ sauce and makes a loaf. Then wraps in the bacon and puts it in the smoker for a few hours. It's a heart attack waiting to happen. But delicious.

I need a quick and easy recipe using ground beef for tomorrow night. Any ideas? (No eggs)
I have fresh asparagus and cauliflower on hand, some leftover steamed broccoli, and frozen veggies. I'm completely out of potatoes and my pantry has the basics.
Edit: I normally default to tacos or spaghetti, but we just had both of those.

Damn Delicious' Korean Beef Bowl!
I start the rice in the rice cooker, make the sauce, brown the meat, then combine.
Then I serve in a bowl, rice on bottom, steamed broccoli, then meat/sauce on top. Sooooo good. And soooo easy.

First Mealime recipe we made last night was delicious! I made Thai Pineapple fried rice with chicken. It was a hit with J and Nugget picked at it, probably because she ate a bunch of pineapple and crackers and red onion while I was cooking. Would probably be really good with brown rice, too. cooking.mealime.com/recipes/thai-pineapple-fried-rice-chicken/1380
