Do we randoms? Is this a thing we want to do? If not, ignore me. If so, tell me what's going on. 😊

I had a little bit of red spotting last night. That was after having no spotting all day and none since then. 🤷🏻♀️I am so confused and frustrated about all this. My nausea has gotten better but my cravings are in full force. I am craving mayo which is weird because I don't use much of it. Less than two weeks until my first appointment and I can't wait.

I'm sorry marygracerich wishing it would just go away Sticking with the theme of annoying things you wish didn't happen, why do kids always starting puking around midnight? Why does this never start st like, 9 am?

rebeccabunch thanks Oh and kids puke in the middle of the night because if they didn't, parenting would be much easier. It always has to be the most difficult circumstance for us.

Anyone else forget all the stuff they're supposed to be avoiding now that they're pregnant? I just remembered lunch meats this weekend. Oops.

marygracerich so sorry you experienced spotting again. benandjerrys is lunch meat really that bad? I think my OB told me it was fine last time around as long as I know it's fresh.

Lunch meat is fine if you trust the place it's from. The risk is listeria. If you are that nervous, you can heat the meat first. Make yourself a grilled ham and cheese to satisfy that craving. FFTC: I am craving subway so bad. I have just been too lazy to go and get it.

rebeccabunch sorry about the vomit. It may be the same reason my kid only sleeps in on the weekdays instead of weekends.

Oh I think it's fine. I think the last time I was pregnant by the end I was feeling like everything except booze was fair game. But then with this pregnancy I was just like, ok no booze. Instead of considering what else I should be thinking twice about. Another example is yoga. I didn't switch my stretching and then I looked up twisting during pregnancy and it said not to twist your belly. Which of course I have been doing everyday. Again I think it's fine, but it's just so different than my first pregnancy where I followed all the rules at the beginning. Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk

Last night at 11pm I had a SALAD craving. Who am I????? I could go for some salad. Crisp lettuce, cucumbers, maybe a little cheese and some Italian dressing. Mmmmmm so good. It's 9am. I should not want this many foods. I already had a yummy breakfast.

I don't worry about lunch meat. I live on sandwiches when I'm on the road for work m. As pp said, it's more where it comes from. I wouldn't do a glistening turkey from the gas station. But Potbellys or Panera, Jimmy Johns is ok with me.
Throughout my other pregnancies things like: ice cream, hummus, spinach, bagged salad, cantaloupe etc have all had listeria recalls but not once I have seen lunch meat. That I remember.

TTMA nausea medication I cannot shake this queasiness and none of the suggestions from my OB is working. She offered to write me a script but am I just being a wimp? Do they help when it's due to being hungry or overeating? I really just don't know how they work.

Last time around I ate all of the foods. Deli meat, soft cheeses, sushi, melon. The real concern is food borne illness like listeria like some have mentioned so just make sure the food is fresh and you trust the place you're getting it from.
I feel like hell. I don't eat red meat and I had a burger on Sunday and Monday and last night my body just wanted to give up. My stomach hurt so flipping bad. I was shaking and just a mess. But I never actually got sick. Wtf body? I woke up a few times over night and still felt like hell this morning. I've had a little Powerade and half a crossiant and I'm starting to feel a little better. Never again, burger, never again.

I am not sure if it helps with overeating but it helps when you start to feel queasy.

That blows hiimjamie I don't really eat red meat either Im so tired from not sleeping and all the puke cleaning that I feel hungover. I was looking forward to be super productive and fresh faced today at work while my co-workers were all tired. This isn't working out as planned.

So sorry marygracerich FX it's all good. I craved subway turkey and cheese sandwiches my ENTIRE pregnancy with DS. So odd jessijean with my last pregnancy I ended up on meds. At first they worked so well and then I had to up my dosage to the max and eventuallly it started not working. But the first week or two of relief was sooo worth it rebeccabunch sorry for the midnight puking! benandjerrys I still eat lunch meat. I mean in moderation and nothing too crazy but still eat it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Working from home today. I'm still having really dark brown spotting and it's just freaking me out. I have my follow up ultrasound tomorrow so I'm just trying to remain calm until then.
Has anyone kept up their exercise routines? Prior to this pregnancy I was at the gym 5 days a week and now I jus haven't been able to get the strength to go in almost two weeks. Need to start looking into alternatives as I'm sitting on the couch contemplating a second bagel this morning....

I used zofran my last pregnancy, but mostly just on my work days (im a nurse and work 7-3, so having to get up and go first thing in the morning was brutal). A lot of people on my other BMB had good luck with b6/unisom combo

I called my dr and told her about the spotting. She had me come in today. I am measuring 6 days behind but had a strong heartbeat at 153bpm. **TW possible twin loss** When she was doing the ultrasound she found what she thinks may have been a twin. She said it was too dense to just be a yolk sac and looked to have had an umbilical cord. It did not have a heartbeat or any blood flow so she thinks I may have lost a twin. That could be the cause for my cramping and spotting or it could be 262846392 other causes.

I have a random and stupid question. How do I tag people? I'm on mobile, so I type @ and the user name (just like FB/insta!). I think on tape/desktop there is also quick tags in the reply box? And hi! I have a batch of chocolate chip cookies in the oven. Yesterday was the first day I truly felt like eating nothing. So I'm glad I have a bit more tolerance to looking at food today, lol. Still haven't actually been sick, just lots of waves of nausea.
