That sounds awesome. I want a glass of wine but can't remember how that affects milk supply...but if I remember correctly i would nurse L then have a small glass of wine so that next time he ate it was out of my system. A is still a bit unpredictable with the nursing schedule Sent from my LG-K371 using Tapatalk I was nursing and still drank. One glass shouldn't do anything to your milk supply. I believe ggandlee even confirmed that. I did quite a bit of research on this - even though I don't drink a lot now, I did with S. my findings were basically that if you felt sober enough to drive, you were sober enough to breastfeed. And even then, the bigger danger was from dropping your baby then from passing the alcohol to them. So have a glass of wine if you like mamabear!

loony thanks for the input! We are staying downtown Napa. We're hoping to keep our evening plans around there so we can walk. Do you think it's practical to uber between wineries? Day one so far we are planning Castello di amorosa, ehlers estate, round pound and maybe kuleto. But now I want to do sterling too. Day two- I have domaine carneros on the list so far.

Trigger Warning: Pet death😢
I'm so sad. MH just got home and found our cat. She had been hit by a car on the road. In the year and a half we had her we've never seen her up by the road. I guess that's a risk when you have outside pets. She was the best, and so sweet with Sierra. Anytime she came in the house she would seek out S. Sad night in the lfig house.

I want to know what flamingo is fired up about!!! I am trying to figure out the best way to explain this without typing a page and a half. Essentially the OP was causing mass hysteria about an exaggerated non-issue, to the point that local media outlets were being tagged in the FB post and people were advocating for calling the police. It was just insane. When people--myself included--tried to correct or explain that her perception might be inaccurate, she and others dug in. Honestly, these people are just busybodies with nothing better to do, and they seem to just egg each other on in their stupidity.

I am totally fine with a glass of wine while nursing, or pregnant for that matter. I have a European OB that is probably much more relaxed than most people. But, it's good for me. He knows I stress about a lot of things, so he's my ying to my yang and encourages me not to stress the small stuff. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
