I really dislike beer. But I do like hard cider. I wonder if it would be the same taste if I tried a shandy. I'm not a fan of beer either. I don't think I've ever had a cider.

Seriously! Where do you find ppl like that? Random - she was a hostess at a restaurant we go to all the time. She was always so sweet to M. We mentioned to one of the waitresses jokingly that we needed a sitter and she told us to call the hostess. She is sooooo sweet and great with M

I don't like beer but I enjoy a Magner's cider. And Corona on a boat in the summer just feels right.

Good Morning. Only two days of work this week, yay! I'm still not really able to do any work, so I'm planning things for our trip.
Any one have any winery recommendations or other things to do in the Napa area?

I love beer! Beer, wine, margaritas, mixed drinks... I'll take any and all!

MH will always open a beer and not finish it. He then puts a wine stopper in it and puts it in the fridge. I find it very odd. Especially because he never goes back and drinks said beer so the next day I end up pouring it out.

Idk why he doesn't just throw them in the recycle bin, but he doesn't.

Apple seems to be the main one, and there are lots of brands to try, but I've had pear at a few of the local breweries around here and I like that better.

At first I was picturing a can of beer, with a wine stopper, then realized you were talking about bottles. Like, does he open 1 beer, take two drinks and decide it's too much? My mind can't wrap around this. I also never leave partially drank bottles of wine or beer anywhere, they are generally always finished. Unless it's the 2nd or 3rd bottle of wine, because then I realize I need to stop. But not beer. No. Seems like the carbonation would be gone, even with the stopper. Also, morning ladies!

We went 2 years ago and did Clos Du Val, Peju, ZD, Mumm, Grgrich Hills, Cliff Lede and a couple more that I don't remember. We're staying downtown so we'll be within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. I want to go to Zuzu since we didn't get there last time. Any other recommendations? We went with 3 other couples last time and had a driver which was amazing, but DH thinks we can get away with Ubering between wineries. I'm not opposed to a driver tho

I have only consumed 1/2 a bottle of beer that I choked down because it was disgusting and that was all I needed. I used to like fruity girly drinks but now they are way too sweet for me. Give me a mojito and I'm happy.

I'm not ready to be back in reality. The weekend was so nice. The girls are motivated to start their behavior charts. Hopefully the fervor lasts a while. We're doing one big goal to work for plus daily small rewards if they earn all of their stars for the day.

Bonus for this weekend -- the girls finally ate deli meat and watermelon. For some unknown reason those were among the many foods they wouldn't even try. They liked both of them so I can start adding turkey sandwiches into the rotation.

2 hours with IT and my computer is still not right. I can't access the network I need to do my job. I was.... not nice. But in my defense I had explained the situation 10 times and she was not listening to what I was saying.

My dad used to put a papertowel wad in any open coke cans that weren't finished & put them in the fridge. DISGUSTING! Then he'd be mad we'd open a new one instead of drinking the opened one.

She had to escalate it the issue because she couldn't figure it out. I think it was because she wasn't listening to me though. Hopefully the next person that calls knows how this works and can figure it out.

We were there about a month ago on a beautiful Thursday. I should have planned better because it was so crowded we had to park at Fordham and walk. I was just thinking last night that I need to go to the zoo. The only issue is Wednesdays are O's day off from school and that's the "free" day (so it's crowded). Everyday is free day at our zoo, but that $20 parking...

So we can't have complete network access because of secure information. But I explained it to her over and over and she wouldn't listen.

Man I miss a good wheat beer. Of course the worst beer to like with an unknown gluten intolerance. I remember commenting a few times after having the first sip of a shock top that I felt dizzy, maybe that was a sign... I do not like IPAs though and a lot of gf beers imitate bitter beers.
Some ciders are too sweet. I like angry orchard's new less sweet one or plain crisp apples one. I have Stella's cider at home now, it's decent.
