rooskie, what a tough week. Sorry about your grandma. I liked your post for the baby taking after you and the adorable chubby cheeks part!

So sorry for the loss of your grandma rooskie. I lost my mom when I was 8 months pregnant with HK, it so hard. Mom of the year award right here - Sent HK to school with one shoe on, one shoe off *facepalm* We did an escape room this weekend for my birthday celebration and had such a blast. Now I just want to do all of them!!!

I was uncomfortable in the motn and this morning hiccups were on the opposite side.......I wonder if this baby flipped and is now really going to make the RCS decision difficult.

Oh my god I'm in so much back pain. I took DD to the kid farm, organized baby boy's room, took DD to swim class, to the park, I did laundry, dishes, and cooked lunches for the week. MH has a cold so he whined all weekend. My lower back is just radiating pain. It's so bad. I really need to slow down, but how can I stop chasing a toddler?!

I had another episode with the spots in my vision this morning. Luckily I recognized it right away from last time and had both water and Gatorade (G2) on me, and H was driving so I was able to sit back and drink. It went away pretty quick and I felt better even before we got to my office (I had a minor low-grade headache that went away by lunch). I called the doctor this afternoon just to be safe and they want me to come in tomorrow - my next appointment was Thursday anyway so I think they're just moving it up out of an abundance of caution. I've had nasal allergies pop up the last few days and between that and some reflux at dinner last night (I didn't eat much), so I'm sure that contributed.
I'm feeling movement right now so I'm not super worried.

I've had so much back pain already chasing DD too. I hope your DH gets better and helps!

Thanks for all the replies about my grandma. She was amazing.
She had already bought our baby shower card and put a check in it. So we have that sitting unopened on the kitchen counter still. Not sure when I’ll open it but I need to do it soon. ☹️

cakewench were the spots like something you would get as a precursor to a migraine? I had that happen last week so I took the day off from work because I didn't want to drive to work and it went away pretty quickly. Or was it more like floating stars? Either way, I hope it doesn't come back!

By Saturday my symptomless UTI had symptoms and by yesterday I thought I was going to end up in the hospital. I talked to my OB in the morning and she said to wait 6 hours then call back. Of course by then she was changing my meds and my pharmacy was closed. I found an opened one a few towns away. I get there and the pharmacist would not give me the meds because he said they were unsafe in pregnancy. Drove home, talked to the doctor again, she talked to the pharmacist and back I drove to pick them up. I'm feeling so much better today:

DD was born at 37 weeks, which is just over 3 weeks from now. The most I have left is 5 weeks (early induction due to high risk for hypertension).

Either way, I hope it doesn't come back! The spots were like a little blob of tv static. I've never had auras with migraines before, and last time I didn't even have a headache after the episode passed (the one I had yesterday was so low-grade I didn't even take Tylenol and it was gone by lunch). We'll see what the doctor says today. Nasal allergy misery aside, I feel fine. And craving Pop Tarts for some reason... kim22 - that sounds like quite an ordeal for meds, but I am glad you are feeling better!!!

I'm so sorry, rooskie . Please take care. I have had a major snoring problem crop up in the last few weeks. It was already getting bad and then I developed a cold, and now I'm at the point of waking MYSELF up from the snoring. My husband and I are sleeping in separate rooms. It makes me sad.

I have developed a snoring problem in the third trimester every pregnancy and it always goes away. I wake myself up sometimes too. MH starts out in bed with me, but he often migrates to our guest bed.

typo31, yeah MH recorded me while I was sleeping with DD. One recent night I was wheezing so badly it woke both MH and I up thinking it was DD crying. This part is hard.

We are staying at my in-law's for a baby shower this weekend and I'm legit anxious that I might keep a whole floor of people awake

After last week my doctor said she would induce at 39 weeks if I want but she really doesn’t think I’ll make it that long....so my mom is buying baby’s first thanksgiving stuff now.

H leaves to get the oil changed in his car. Comes back 2.5 hours later.
H: They took forever! Me: Why didn’t you call me? We could have left your car and taken mine to the furniture store. H: Because I didn’t bring my cell phone.
WTAF? I’m 32 weeks pregnant, you are not allowed to not have your cell.
(And yes I realize women had babies in the era before cell phones. I just need to vent.)

cakewench, that's frustrating! My H used to leave his cell home often, but since my oldest was born has gotten much better at making sure his phone is on him in case one of us needs to reach each other quickly.
