You guys, I just slammed my 4th toe into a door coming out of Charlie's room. I can't put any weight on it, and it hurts like hell. I took Motrin and am icing it now. Please don't be broken.? It might be. But there's nothing they can do. Buddy tape it to its neighbor , keep icing it and wait. I'm 99% sure I broke my big toe a few months ago, but I never went to the dr since they can't do anything, and Mah was away so I didn't want to cart the kids with me. My nail is still black and blue, but it doesn't hurt anymore. This happened in July That's what I read. So I have it up on a pillow now, but my big concern is that I haven't cleaned the kitchen from dinner, yet and we were going to touch up some walls and baseboards tonight.

TW::::
So my husband's aunt had a brain anurisym and it isn't looking good. No hair pats needed, MH isn't close to them and I've only met her a handful of times. She has a 20ish year old daughter and I feel so sad for her.
That being said, random question... if things go and they're expecting they plan to withdraw care in the next day or 2. I'm supposed to call in for jury duty later this week. If I have to report and a service is that day, am I able to get out of it? They obviously must have something in place for situations like this, right? I just know when I call it'll be an automated message telling me if I need to go.

I would call the county sheriff's office tomorrow and find out who to call as soon as you know for sure. I'm sure the will either excuse/postpone you. It's such a pain to get a real human on the phone for that stuff.

They got back to me within hours.

I just typed then deleted a long complaint about this reno. I know it's a FWP which is why I deleted but still sucks.

Guys he has a fever again! 101.3. I'm going to call tomorrow. This is weird. We are on day 6 of fevers. His cough is mostly gone too. I’m so sorry.

Once I start a show I usually stick with it to the bitter end. Even if it gets bad (like I believe greys has). I think I am one of like 3 people who watched the final season of ER I tried to watch Designated Survivor last week, and it's so boring to me. I think I'm giving up on that one. I thought we were friends.

Oh! and it's official...C is walking. She took off last night across the living room...fortunately I had my phone and was able to catch it on video for my H. Awesome that you managed to catch it!! Was she showing signs or was it sudden? Both my boys were so late that we were watching for it constantly, but I feel like that's not totally normal.

If the toe is broken, there’s nothing you can do for it except tape it to the next one. But if you broke a metatarsal, you’ll probably need a cast. This information is brought to you by middle school tgrimes that had a lot of dance injuries.

wineallthetime I’m sure jury duty works differently in every county but I’d call tomorrow and try to get someone on the phone. I’m sure once you explain the situation they can tell you how to handle it.

I love the stuff with Maggie Q, but all the white household stuff (with the exception of the press secretary) is so annoying. Should I push through the season premier?

It’s crazy how many N16ers are walking. H....is nowhere near walking. M was pushing my end table around the house at 9 months so it’s funny to see how different the 2 are.

tgrimes. No idea where the metatarsal is. I'll google. What hurts is the space above the 4th toe and the pinkie. I can't put weight on it. Booo!!

What do you guys wear in cold weather for shoes with like leggings? Normally I live in either gym shoes or boots or booties, but I want something more comfortable for the colder months when I’m pregnant. Something I can throw on for school pickup or a quick errand. Does anyone do Ugg’s anymore? And zulilly has these right now, but are they a thumbs up or thumbs down??

She has been *this close* the last few days so I was fairly sure it was coming. Lately she wants nothing more than to keep up with B and has become very ornery if she can't, so I'm hoping she'll chill out a bit now, lol.

xolastunicornxo, those look so cozy! Cute. I typically do fur lined Tom's and then heavy boots in snow.

@unicorn, i wear my UGGs to walk outside and get the mail or if I know not getting out of the car for any reason, but not typically with an outfit. I've never been a sneaker person, mostly flats or moccasins or boots, but I did buy two pairs of casual sneakers this year-one is the quilted slip on in black and the other has the perforation-- those are like a grey blue. They're both Steve Madden. Really comfortable, no laces or ties, and affordable. I think they are modeled after the Vince ones.

No. I had goldfish for the first time, too, when Josie started the two-year-old program, and I had snack with her class.

I have a pair of ugg moccasins, but I only wear them as slippers and around the house.

Obviously snows not an issue here, and I don’t even need a lot for warmth... just comfort but still cute! ETA I have no idea why that emoji is there. But I’m leaving it.
