We were admitted at noon (though we've been here since 4:30). Contractions were stradynfromn4:00 yesterday on. Never gor super close together but did increase in intensity and length. Epidural is in but labor seems to have stalled at 6 cm so we're gonna try the peanut ball soon. I'm super sleepy after being awake since 4:00 yesterday afternoon but I know that this too shall pass and soon I will have a baby! *Claire Evelyn was born at 4:18 with barely three pushes, making up for the 18 hours of labor we went through previously! She is super quiet right now and nursing great. She's just content as can be and soaking the world in. * also please excuse the spelling errors, when I made this post I was a little drugged up on morphine and something else.*  |
