Attachment DeletedContractions started at 7:30 Thursday night and got intense pretty fast, so we went in to the hospital. James "Jamie" Robert arrived via C-section at 11:19pm on 9/28. 9lb12oz, 21in. In the NICU for his second night tonight for some air around the lungs and O2 levels. No one's too worried, but they'll repeat his chest x-ray in the morning to see if he can be discharged to Maternity. He's nursing like a champ, and I'm so in love! Oh ya - I'm doing okay too. The c/s was a little rough, and pain management is no joke. The boys came by for a quick visit this afternoon, and they think he's pretty cool.

Yeah the C section pain is no joke, take care of yourself don't skip the Motrin and ask for help when you need it The nurse today is awesome - and we're on an awesome pain management schedule, so I'm feeling mostly normal! I think yesterday, my daytime nurse was too loosey goosey and I didn't get as many meds as I could have. |

Ask for the meds if you need them. |
