I will be watching sometime this weekend. I just watched the first three seasons again to refresh my memory and I just realized that Caleb Hapstall's death was a suicide. I was still trying to figure out who killed him. And, unfortunately, I think Wes is really dead I know there was some speculation that he wasn't but I think he's gone.

😱 Connor looks 10 years older with no beard. I miss the beard.

Laurel's Dad is the fucking worst. I don't know how to spoiler on mobile but I'll just say that I think he's responsible for the end scene.

I was not expecting the end. I'm so sad for her. She was really excited to have it.

I was not expecting the end. I'm so sad for her. She was really excited to have it. I'm not convinced the baby didn't make it. In the past she said she had 5 months left. The push forward was 3 months after that so the baby could have been born around 32 weeks (if my math is right). I'm really hoping that her father took the baby and gave it to someone else instead of something worse.

If the cliffhanger for this season is wondering whether a baby lived or died, I would like to know because I would very much like to not watch that.

The premiere was SO boring! I expected so much more. They didn’t set the season up with the same amount of excitement as they usually do. This would have sufficed as episode 2 or 3, but not 1.

I was bored the whole episode, until the very end. I hope Laurel's baby is ok.

I think the father had something to do with it and it drove her to start taking drugs in order to forget. I think this is not the first time that she has woken after taking drugs and forgot the baby is gone and he has had to come to her rescue and explain it to her all over again.

Shonda's favorite plot line is what I like to call "babies in peril". I had to stop watching Grey's anatomy for a couple seasons because I couldn't take it anymore. Annoyed that this will basically be the whole season of HTGAWM

I don't just see Laurel putting the baby at risk. Wes is dead and the baby will be the only surviving part of him. She also already suspects her father of killing Wes and she hasn't done anything bad yet.
Shonda's also already done the dead child thing once in this series already. She better not do it again.

This is where I am. The fact that they said she had drugs in her system leads me to think her dad drugged her to get the baby.

For me, I just don't want that to be the mystery of the season, whether the baby is ok. I don't want to wonder at the end of each episode or throughout each episode. I just want it to be clear that the baby is ok very very soon or I may just need to not watch anymore.
Not in protest necessarily, but just for myself. It's as bad to me to wonder for weeks and then the baby is eventually fine - I just need it to not be a dragged out ok or not ok. Self care, you know?

I completely understand that and I think a lot of people probably feel that way also. It's an extremely hard subject and scenario to have played out in front of you. I hope we find out this week.

I agree with you, pepper. As a grieving mother, this is a story line that I do not care to fight through. For my sanity, I will have to give up the show if that is this season's focus. I almost gave up with the Analise loss story line. I won't push through any more of that.

I thought the premiere was super boring. I expected better.
I feel like Annalise had to have something to do with the baby. The therapist called her and said "she's waking up." Idk. They took it to protect it from her father or Laurel's actually in on it too?? Idk, but I'm disappointed that's the mystery of the season and I agree it's really hard to watch that scene.
I'm curious how Laurel found out about what her dad did and also wondering if Annalise knows and/or knows that Laurel knows.
Ugh Connor grow your hair back out. You were my eye candy!
I still love Asher and Michaela together

I half watched after the opening with the terrified "where's my baby?" business. I can't handle that stuff without my anxiety spiking. I have nightmares like that.
I'll be following in here.

I'm... very afraid the baby was taken out in the elevator. I'm not sure that's what they were going for or if it was supposed to be Anneliese's blood but that's where my mind went.

That's what I was thinking. Or at least trying to make it look like that's what happened. I'm still thinking it's all a set up to make the dad think that's what happened.

I did not even almost recognize Michaela at the end of last week's episode. I'm so curious to see how she spirals down.

I really dislike Connor’s dad. Mostly because of his asshole character on Switched at Birth. He’s really good at pulling off that role. Maybe he’s right about Connor and it seems like he’s believing it too. Lol that Bonnie is back on the Annalise “crack”. She really is obsessed with her. WTF to that end scene I’m so confused. I wonder who shot themselves or murdered someone now?! These people are cursed! I kind of hate watching this type of show one episode per week. I always tell myself I’m going to wait and binge watch it all and I never do. I regret it.
