So I need to find a new car, insurance deemed mine a total loss- it was only 3 years old :-(. I want the same one (Nissan Rogue) but H says I'm boring. I have a Rouge also and I love it! Are you getting the same year or a brand new one? There are two 2017 Rouges in my work parking lot and I love the blue color they have this year. It's so vibrant and fun!

Have any of you seen the original Flatliners? Come on! Keifer, Julia, Kevin Bacon, Oliver Platt, Billy Baldwin.

What do you guys suggest for food for me right now? I have saltine crackers that I'm eating, but that's all I've had in the last 36+ hours so obviously I'm now starving to death. Food doesn't really sound too appetizing, but I need to eat something.

tgrimes, I've never heard of it. But I'm really bad at movies, there's so many popular movies out there that I've never seen, like Titanic. But don't worry, I've watched She's the Man so many times that I can basically recite it by heart.

kleigh I'd want the same car too if I had to replace. Car shopping is a total pain.

Those are two very different movies. I feel like I'd have to be in the right mood to see Flatliners. The trailer gave me a little bit of anxiety. kleigh Wow your MIL is a piece of work.

danib THANK YOU! See I'm not boring. Why change what I already like. tgrimes He's pushing Toyota Highlander (which his mom drives) and Honda CRV. No. No no. My car, my decision. I'd consider others like a Subaru or Ford. Well let's back up, I want a Range Rover or BMW X5 but $$ jubilantsquirrel Oooh I have to look up this years! I haven't seen the blue! Mine was white. And then my sisters both decided to buy the exact same car so three of us were driving white rogues (same year, same features, etc). Kind of stupid but funny when we'd all be at the same place and time. So part of me is like nooooooo, now we're not twinsies.

kleigh I can get you a discount on "our" brands but I'm not sure how the price would land compared to a Rogue. I think we tend to be pricey.

I don't know what's the proper term but I had every single option on the Rogue (leather seats, navigation, Sirius, power panorama sunroof, dual heating zones, assisted slowing, etc) so mine was relatively pricey when I first bought it. (To be clear, this was while I was dealing with the emotional attributes of infertility and was a "gonna spoil myself" because why not)... I def need leather seats again and navigation and Sirius. The sunroof I almost never used. Do you guys have a style that is the same type as the Rogue? Like Fords is the Escape (I prefer the Edge) ETA not a "brag" though not sure who brags about a Nissan, just explaining that I don't think I'd buy as well next time since I have the babies now and money is different and damage is expected

There's some Healthy Choice soup downstairs, I'll go see what kind they have.
Also can I just tell you guys that I almost murdered MH yesterday. He kept talking about how his stomach didn't feel great either, like over and over and I'm laying there like "Oh, did you also spend 14 hours vomiting and having diarrhea today too? Oh, no? Ok then, please tell me more about your tummy troubles." And then he was complaining about it again so I asked him what he ate that day and he said "A salad at lunch." This was at 8:30pm, no shit your stomach hurts, it's called hunger pains you big dummy.

I have a Journey which is a little older model but they pretty much sell it fully loaded right now. Cherokee is newer tech but I think it's ugly lol. Its being redesigned next year I think. There's the new Compass too but it's a little smaller.

kleigh I will forever ever have the SUV I'm driving right now. Same color and everything. H loves switching cars and is always trying to sway me into another direction. Nope. jubilantsquirrel how does peanut butter toast sound to your belly right now? Or salty soup? Pho is great at replacing electrolytes and hydrating.

Unfortunately I'm at work, so I have limited options. I go a Country Vegetable soup. I ate chicken the night before I got sick, so chicken noodle soup just wasn't going to happen.

goldenlove What kind of discount are we talking about here? Friends and family is only like 1% below factory. Employee is 4% but it's technically for immediate family only.

goldenlove do you have any insider information on the track hawk? The Grand Cherokee? Kind of lol Yes. My H is obsessed. He had the SRT and has always regretted trading it. The local dealer was offered a trackhawk allocation only if they got someone to build it and they offered it to him. He's not held to it if he changes his mind, but I'm assuming he'll take it anyway. The man has a car problem.

Do you like huge sunroofs? Cuz I got a huge one. But you do what you want. Get a Rogue if it makes your heart sing. That Rogue kept you safe. I would be super sentimental about it.

Idk I feel like I might get creeped out by flatliners but the rating are better than Brad's Status. Fun fact: my H won't go to the movies because he thinks everyone goes there just to fart in the seats. No amount of reasoning will get him to change his mind. Weirdo. I love that there are two of these. There's so much WTF going on it required two Michael Scotts.
