How far along are you? 17+1
Appointments coming up? Nothing for 16 days as that's my 20 week scan
How are you feeling? I'm okay, seems like the more weeks go by the better I feel. Not really feeling the baby move at all anymore (she is fine) but at my gender scan, the dude said he thinks I have an anterior placenta, but that it might move by the 20 week scan as it's just on the edge of my left hand side so I think that's something to do with the fact that I'm not feeling her anymore, sucks but I know she's fine which is the main thing.
Any updates/interesting tidbits from recent appointments? Haven't had an appt since 16 weeks, that was just a quick blood pressure and pee check.
QOTW: What are most looking forward to about summer and the least? Most - being able to dry all my washing outside (such an adult) and watching DS play outside as he loves it Least - the fact that we will be quite pregnant by then and the heat might drive me nuts

How far along are you? 15+2
Appointments coming up? Tomorrow! Just a quick OB checj, nothing fun. I'm sure this holiday weekend will reflect poorly on the scale too.
How are you feeling? Ok. My rhinitis has been uncontrollable lately due to also being either sick or infested with allergies. Started sleeping with my body pillow again too. Otherwise I'm mostly ok.
Any updates/interesting tidbits from recent appointments? Nada
QOTW: What are most looking forward to about summer and the least? Most- not working for ten weeks! Least- being an enormous preggo in the heat and humidity.

How far along are you? 15w3d
Appointments coming up? Next week Wednesday. My MW has some explaining to do (re: not informing me that she cannot deliver if I'm able to have a VBAC)
How are you feeling? Pretty dang good! Other than some random gagging during DS' diaper changes and brushing my teeth, the nausea is nonexistent and I've been sleeping great. I had really bad heartburn with my first pregnancy but I've been on protonix and it's working really well.
Any updates/interesting tidbits from recent appointments? Nope.
QOTW: What are most looking forward to about summer and the least? Most: we have 2 weeklong vacations- one with my family "up north" and one with DH's family at a beach house on a lake. I'm really excited to just relax and float in the water.
Least: I'll agree and say the heat/humidity while being large and in charge pregnant.

How far along are you? 17w2d
Appointments coming up? None this week other than needing to get blood drawn to check my thyroid levels. Then my anatomy scan is 6/5 and I see the ob on 6/9.
How are you feeling? Fine. Yard work yesterday did me in though. I was so tired and ended up with a headache last night. I slept for 10 hours and feel great today.
Any updates/interesting tidbits from recent appointments? Not really, but they're still having me come in every two weeks, which I appreciate, but I had thought we'd go to monthly in the second tri.
QOTW: What are most looking forward to about summer and the least? Most: being off from work. 13 more school days!! Least: not drinking at parties and no winery visits

beefinch, I have an anterior placenta too, and I'm not sure I've felt any movement at all. My ob said it could take as long as until 25 weeks for me to feel definitive movement. cnf, I'm sorry you're not feeling great. When's your last day of school? We get out 6/15 and have about 8 weeks off. I can't wait! pootsen, good luck having that convo with your midwife!

How far along are you? 17 w 1 day ( beefinch's due date twin) Appointments coming up? Not until 6/22 ... when we have our AS. I should be hearing back about my quad screening results soon. How are you feeling? Good, tired still. And very congested. I'm so over the stuffy nose all the time. Still getting headaches. Any updates/interesting tidbits from recent appointments? Not really. I think I posted this in the randoms, but my ob is switching full time to an office too far from my house so I switched to another ob in the practice who I've seen before when I was pregnant w/DS. He has the same name as the doctor who delivered me lol. Unrelated as far as I know though. QOTW: What are most looking forward to about summer and the least? Hmmmm, I'm looking forward to beach trips. I'm not looking forward to mosquitoes and the humidity!

How far along are you? 17+ 4
Appointments coming up? Not till June 12, u/a is June 20
How are you feeling? Terrible. But that's from my cold. Other than that, I think I'd be ok. My hips are starting to hurt already. Need to invest in a better pillow.
Any updates/interesting tidbits from recent appointments? Nada
QOTW: What are most looking forward to about summer and the least?
Most: being off from work for 9'weeks. And the heat. Going to chill at my parents cabin as much as possible.
Least: heat as well. If I'm not by water or a/c, it's going to suck.

How far along are you? 16w6d
Appointments coming up? Thursday, just a regular one. I'm curious to see if she'll say anything about my weight because I've already gained 10 lbs! But I've been eating normally and exercising decently, so I think it's just who I am! I also look insanely more pregnant than this other girl I met who is due around me too.
How are you feeling? Starting to feel pretty good! A lot more energy, got out for a nice 5k run/walk. I'm still getting headaches, but I'm going for a massage on Wednesday, so that should help. Also, Ovia knows me so well it just had an article about 7 things to get rid of pregnancy headaches!
Any updates/interesting tidbits from recent appointments? All of my SIPS testing came back normal, so that's great (downs/trisomy).
QOTW: What are most looking forward to about summer and the least? I'm looking forward to a lot of time on the deck in the shade reading, and staying out late(ish) while I still can! Least? The heat.

How far along are you? 16+2
Appointments coming up? Not for another few weeks; I just had one this week
How are you feeling? Much, much better. The nausea is mostly gone except for a bout of it every once in a while. Acis reflux is bad but Zantac is keeping it under control.
Any updates/interesting tidbits from recent appointments? All my first tri screening including NT scan came back looking great!
QOTW: What are most looking forward to about summer and the least? Eh, I don't get extra time off in the summer, so nothing to look forward to there. I do have a couple short weekend trips. We go up to my parents' house in a couple weeks so that will be fun. Excited to use our new fire pit more often!
Not looking forward to the heat. I love this 68 degree slightly overcast weather and wish it would stay until I have this kid. We don't have AC (common in my area).

How far along are you? 15w2d
Appointments coming up? Next Tuesday. I should theoretically be starting my Makena shots and getting some more blood work done.
How are you feeling? Tired. My entire pelvis is sore. I've been getting daily headaches right around 2-3 pm. I'm starting to look a lot cuter though, so, plus?
Any updates/interesting tidbits from recent appointments? Too soon to tell.
QOTW: What are most looking forward to about summer and the least? Most- My kids staying with their grandparents for a week in June. And food, love summer food. Least- Driving the 10 hours each way alone when the kids and I visit my family in July.

Found out that because I'm having twins, they won't let me go past 38 weeks - so looks like an October baby for us! QOTW- Best - taking DS to the beach for the first time Worst - the smells of the city/public transportation in summer with pregnancy nose!

It's funny, seeing everyone post that they're not looking forward to being pregnant in the heat. I was thinking the exact opposite! Ds2 was born in July and DS3 was born in August. I am so excited for it to be fall at the end! And for the hot part of summer to be done when I'm around 7 months, which is right when I start to be uncomfortable.
Granted, it gets cold right around mid-late September here and I'm due at the very end of November.

How far along are you? 14w4d Appointments coming up? Next week How are you feeling? Definitely better. Much less vomiting. But still essentially housebound and can't really care for DS. Getting nervous bc his school ends this week, and it has been so helpful for him to have somewhere to go play. Hopefully I'll feel much better by next week. Lol Any updates/interesting tidbits from recent appointments? Baby looked great at NT scan QOTW: What are most looking forward to about summer and the least? Most: feeling better Least: occupying DS every day with no preschool (wouldn't be a problem if I weren't sick!) quinn I was thinking the same thing bc DS was born in Aug. I'll be much less pregnant this summer!

How far along are you? 17 + 2
Appointments coming up? OB appointment on the 8th, anatomy scan on the 14th.
How are you feeling? I pretty much never feel pregnant but I fall asleep at 5 pm every day. Every. Day. BP holding steady...ish. It was really nice and low (105/75) for a few weeks but is back up to 115/80. Still considered normal, but not thrilled to see the increase. I also haven't gained any weight, which is making me feel weird. Started at 224, now sitting at 220. I really need my appointment to happen so that I can hear the heartbeat and reassure myself that things are fine.
Any updates/interesting tidbits from recent appointments? Haven't had any! Signed up for that heart thing. Otherwise, nothing new.
QOTW: What are most looking forward to about summer and the least?
Most - being off work, obvs. I need the time off to get my house cleaned up. It is a freaking disaster right now and I am embarrassed. Whatever you are imagining, my house is worse.
Least - actually having to clean my house. -_- Having to plan to go back to work when there's a good chance I won't actually be allowed.

Appointments coming up? Next week I think.
How are you feeling? I think I'm feeling a little better. Not as much nausea but still a lot of reflux it seems.
Any updates/interesting tidbits from recent appointments? I don't think so
QOTW: What are most looking forward to about summer and the least.
Most: I don't really know. I can't really take much time off as I'm trying to build up for maternity leave.
Least: The heat. It can get pretty miserable here. I plan on staying inside in the air conditioning as much as possible.

How far along are you? 16w4d
Appointments coming up? Nothing until our big ultrasound on 6/15.
How are you feeling? Feeling okay, got knocked out with a cold last week but this week is much better.
Any updates/interesting tidbits from recent appointments? We had an appointment last Thursday, nothing too exciting though. Doppler (hb in the 150s !), weight check, BP check. No news is good news at this point.
QOTW: What are most looking forward to about summer and the least? Most: warm weather, playing outside, taking walks with my son and dog. Least: IDK, I like the heat. Maybe fitting my big belly into a bathing suit by the end. That should be interesting.

We are looking into options because I really don't think I will make it without at least a small AC unit this year.
