I was planning black only. Maybe that holds up better? Hmmmm....maybe I should look into a different placement. Thoughts on the wrist? My foot tattoo is all black text on the outer edge below my ankle bone and it has been fine, not faded at all. Top of the foot will need more touch up. Both of my feet are covered and tgey look great. All black work. I have my wrists done as well and that was also no biggy. |

This is not what I wanted to hear. I was thinking of putting my next one on my foot....maybe.... Also, I heard that foot tattoos wear out faster than other places. Anybody hear or experience this?? This is true. I wouldn't get anything with color on your foot. I've heard this, too. My foot tattoo wasn't that painful (went in with the "I've given birth, this won't be as bad" mentality), and I only got an outline in black ink. I don't let it get a lot of sun exposure since it's under my flip flop strap, and I lotion and sunscreen it when necessary. Three years old, and it looks great! |

I told you guys about the guy I used to "date?" who did a lot of my tattoos and tattooed his own dick right?
He's dead now but the guy was a brilliant artist...even on the dick.

I love how the only things R has said to me today is how mean I am and how I'm a bad momma. This has been such a trying day. He wouldn't even eat dinner at the table with the rest of us because he was mad at us. My ds hit every last nerve I had today. Solidarity He did just tell me I'm his best buddy at bed time. Normally that's enough to reverse the whole shitty day but tonight I'm still feeling blah about the day. |

msdrdg, I have ribs, foot, hip bone area, and ass (I was 18...) and the foot hurt the worst for sure. I've had the one on my foot for 6 years now and it definitely is a bit blurred now. Like others said, the pain is temporary and if you like what you are getting it is worth it. Post water breaking contractions were exponentially more painful than any tattoo I have gotten.

Blackout curtains are so logical. I spent like an hour tonight thinking about how screwed I am this summer. Also my child is turning five, it's not like I'm a newb. I honestly don't remember having a problem with this before.
