@goodenlove if we cancelled plans every time a kid had a runny nose, we"d never do anything. Fever or vomiting, cancel, otherwise have fun.

I have to go tonmy mom's after lunch today to help her clear her garden (it's completely overrun) so DH is solo with the boys for the afternoon. So obviously he's headed up the shore to his mom's house. Like nothing better ever happen to me because he would not be able to handle things on his own lol (amd I'm not even being snarky, I said exactly that to him when he said he was going and he 100% agreed).

I guess I'm still very FTM about these things. I don't know at what point other people will give me the side eye. I mean obviously if he's coughing or throwing up and obviously sick I wouldn't take him out but this is that in between I wasn't sure about. The first time I took him to a baby class, he was perfectly fine when we left the house but as soon as I laid him on the floor his nose started running like crazy. I still wish I would have told the other moms so they didn't think I brought my sick baby to the class purposely.

sophiegrace M is adorable!! Glad you all had fun. And I think you look great in the picture on FB! danib I just asked H how he's able to do anything alone. C fell asleep on him and he asked me to make him some PB toast. I jokingly made a comment about him eating toast over C's head and told him he can just put him down on his crib but he said he was stuck on the couch. He was laying on the chaise part but seriously?

We are currently watching the Jags play in London, and I think we'll head out to lunch in a bit. Today is the last day in the 80s (thankfully) on the weather forecast, that I can see. I am ready for some cooler temps, too.
My sister left this morning and I hated to see her go. We had a great time, though.

goldenlove I'd 100% still go, I'm also very FTM sensitive so I get worried all the time people are judging me. Bc of that I usually tell people if we have something minor going on (no fever or vomiting) and let them decide if they want to hang around or avoid me/kids. vino I'm so sorry, I can't believe you're dealing with that and am just so glad you're able to move him out of there soon. dashook I'd give a case of beer to find out what these texts were. #nosy . But hopefully you guys enjoyed, it sounds like a case of a little jealousy and ya know what H, yeah, Dashook's still hot shit so best remember that and stay on your prime. waitwhat I'm glad you and YH had a good talk ❤️ tgrimes I love the Nutcracker! I can't wait to start taking the kids!!! Remind me, do you teach at this point or more administrative stuff? sophiegrace I was "ooohing" hard at the FB pictures! She was loving it!

It's strange to me that we are watching football with the A/C on. It just doesn't feel right.

OMFG yes. If I die, MH will lose his mind. Like yesterday i had lunch with my friend so my MIL like planned to be at the house to help MH with the kids. Like scheduled her day around being there to help him parent.
And then I get home and they just kind of turned the kids over to me so they could zone out to football. Like I deal with all three all week long. I know I was gone for a few hours so I had a break but damn. As soon as I walk in the door? And like I could use a hand, too?
It's not my MIL's job but I was WTFing MH. I did say something. It happens a lot, he has a tendency to kind of wander away to do whatever and suddenly I'm alone with the kids.

dashook I say joke too. While I wouldn't judge someone in an open marriage, I do think someone that is in one might not be so blatant about it knowing that others would judge it. I actually think that's hilarious he said that.

dashook to me it sounds like a joke. Clearly I don't know CP but it doesn't seem like someone would just broadcast it openly like that. Also, my H would do the same as your H so I get that it would be annoying. It's basically his way of making an awkward situation more normal I guess.

dashook I'm probably in the minority here but I think it's totally inappropriate for a married person to say that, unless they're actually in a n open marriage. Like, I'd be fucking pissed at MH if I ever saw him text that to anyone. I don't feel like he was hitting on you by what he said, but I still think it's improper.

Hi. Me again.
So WCM hasn't been totally terrible. I offered it straight. He sort of looked at it and threw the cup. Then I mixed BM with it and it was slightly better. And now I basically just offer WCM with what I can pump during one session (usually 2oz or so) and he doesn't seem to love it but also doesn't seem to hate it. He pushes it away. But then grabs it, drinks from it, looks at it, drinks again, then sets are aside. Rinse and repeat.
We shall see I guess.

M found a package of princess stickers and proceeded to put stickers all over everything in the house. Walls, blankets, hats, the dog's head.
She was trying to make everything pretty.

I bought a bunch of new (expensive) bras just 1 month before finding out I was pregnant. They no longer fit by month 2. They better damn fit when we quit nursing.

I'm curious to see what my J's next move is. She is nursing morning and night only. Then a few times still MOTN, last night I just gave her one side a two feedings and her paci at the first wake up at 10:30pm. Hopefully weaning = more sleep. I'm tired.

He *generally* sleeps through the night. Today he woke up at 4:30 but when I picked him up he put his head on my shoulder and fell back asleep. Is J ok when you offer the paci? Like, she doesn’t protest or anything? I hope more sleep is in the very near future for you!
