Also, it SNOWED today. Not a lot and it all melted but still. Snow. DH works outside and I'm guessing he is going to be miserable when he gets home. doodlemommy It was 27, (80 for my American friends) a few hours ago, I can't even fathom snow but I would enjoy some colder weather because 3rd tri and the heat do not go well together. I'm so tired and only worked a half day. Early to bed for me today.

We got one of the little tubs that you use to wash dishes when you are camping and gave DS baths in it for the first 6-7 months until he could sit up on his own, then i took baths with him for a little while because the big tub made him nervous.

codex320, DS is almost 28 months old and we still use this bath tub for him. It has an infant side and toddler side. He still seems comfortable in it and I like that it seems to use a lot less water then even putting a couple inches in the full-size tub. I think I got it off of Walmart.com since we don't have prime.

My Tuesday is not ending well. I updated in the weekly check in thread. I'm now going to try to get comfortable in the hospital now and catch some sleep.

Yes I am, I live near the GTA. We are at 30 plus with the humidity into next week. From your weather I'd guess you are in AB or SK. I have family out West near the mountains and it's crazy how things can change so quickly.

Thanks for all the tub suggestions. Good thing they aren't expensive and with all the babies in my family, I'm sure if I get one I can easily pass it on to the next baby.

That meme is very accurate for me. I really don't like how much effort it takes me to get out of bed these days! I just want to beach myself on the bed all day...😂😅 Pretty good day today, although DS has been a little emotional this week. He has been very into saying no to everything and controlling/protesting every little thing. I'm so over it. Normally he snaps out of these phases after a few days, so I'm hoping that's it. He is 2.5 though, so maybe this is a taste of the threenager attitude i hear so much about? Ugh. DH went picked up this frozen raspberry rhubarb cobbler thing from IKEA, and we baked it in the oven for dessert tonight. It was really tasty! I'm just so-so on IKEA frozen food, but this one was a winner in my book. Glad the night ended on a tasty note 😁 Sorry DS has been giving you attitude lately. Le sigh. Wish i had better news but we're having more bad days than good days in the dusky house. DS is 3+4 and is so defiant and stubborn. Its like a stubborn switch got turned on when he turned 3😩 The nurses here told me that 3-4 is the hardest age and our pedi already warned us at our 3yr checkup that we won't win an argument and fuggitabout reasoning with them. They will miraculously suddenly be different when 4 hits so guess we'll just have to ride it out until then 😤 so yeah the whining and attitude really gets to you some days. Oohs! Never occurred the combo of raspberry and rhubarb would be good! I will need to try that next season. I usually make a rhubarb and strawberry tart every year! Yum. Also IKEA has this almond torte which we love but seems to be discontinued 😓

codex320, we have the same tub as cougarette. The sling is really helpful for the newborn stage. We used it until DS was like 2, then we switched over to the tub. We also have I think the same one as thecatsmeow which was given to us, But never used it. It was just too massive to put away after use so we got the smaller one. Like cythe said...no reason to splurge on a tub.

codex320 and duskymonkeyYeah, the Primo tub is bigger. We use it in the guest bath so it just gets propped up in the tub, but in a smaller space it would be a hassle. I just liked that it didn't have any additional pieces.
