Hi!
Couldn't sleep so got up at 6 and had my shower. Did my hair and then got DD ready. Out of the house early and got our groceries and then hit up McDonald's for a McGriddle deal since I have been craving them.
Stuffing my face now and drinking my coffee while waiting for some sunny weather. Hoping to get out and plant a few more herbs and flowers today. Happy Sunday!

We have a "sock graveyard" for all of the socks without a match. It makes me twitchy. I have a sock graveyard too. And I hate it. Also there are many stressful things about bringing a child into the world but god damn if I don't hate that I have to keep track of little tiny baby socks too. Especially in a house where one of my dogs is a freaking sock genie and seemingly conjures them up out of nowhere to chew up and eat.🙄 |

I can't not match my socks. I'm learning to let it go when it comes to the girls. I just can't let it go. I match all our socks and the kids socks and the randoms get one extra load to find their match or they are out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk What I've been doing with the kid socks is throw them all in a bin as I sort laundry, then dump it out and match what I can. The leftovers go in a ziploc bag that gets put in the bin to go back into the pile with the next load, and so on. A lot of their socks are white or the same style with a variety of colors or something, so I can make pairs out of not quite but pretty close. I will occasionally do say a pink and purple of the same style sock on the baby if things get desperate. |

Our realtor gave us a gift card to my favorite breakfast place at closing last week.
We just got back. It was super delicious. Omelette with basil, tomato, mozzarella, and goat cheese, plus breakfast potatoes and biscuit with homemade strawberry jam on the side. And really good coffee.
Today we do more packing and try to find some kind of spray or SOMETHING for the dog because he's started with his annual scratching and biting himself until he pulls out all the fur on the back half of his body. 😐😔

I hardly ever match my own socks but I always match DDs. MH is in charge of his own socks.

We did a little shopping yesterday and i got two pairs of jeans, two pairs of shorts and two tops. I was quite happy.

I match my socks as I fold laundry. If the matches didn't end up in that load, they go in a bin and once a week I match what's in the bin.

Good morning! I snuck out early this morning for an iced macchiato and to get DD milk. It was nice to go to the supermarket alone. I have "Despacito" stuck in my head. I love that song.

Happy Sunday!
My old in-laws will be here today and they are keeping the kids over night in a hotel. Then my ex has them for his normal Monday/Tuesday. I'm heading to my bf's house to hang out for a couple days and I'm meeting all his friends tonight for a game night. A little nervous about that.

J has migrated to my lap. This child is turning into a barnacle and I don't know if the clinginess or the ass hole toddler tantrums will be the death of me...I'm thinking it'll be the culmination of both.

DS is having iPad time and I'm watching the new dirty dancing. No real plans for today except picking up diapers. I have not heard good things about it. What do you think? I haven't finished it yet but Abigail Breslin as Baby is.... not okay. |

My kid slept until 9 so o got to sleep until 9. I feel so rested! I think DD is growing has been sleeping later than normal plus 2.3-3 hour naps.
