My dream as a kid was to live in the late 1800s a la Anne of GG/Little House on the Prarie. 😂 I loved watching Anne of Green Gables! Do you have the series? The books? I used to. I'm thinking of buying them again. I so hope our future kids like to read. |

Have not read much.
The boys came home with 6 Macinaw trouts from the lake today. I'm roasting sweet potatoes and asparagus and one of our cheffy friends is baking a whole one, pan frying some filets in a Burre blanc and deep frying some in panko.
I'm excited for dinner.

DS's party was great, but my dog came in with a face full of porcupine quills. I'm at the emergency vet crying. I'm upset he's hurt, and the quote I got made me nauseous. I'm in a bad headspace right now and just needed to get it out. I'm sorry for being a downer. Aww poor pup and poor mom!! |

I came home to DS1's eyes almost swollen shut. No idea what's causing it, but I have him some Zyrtec and now he's passed out in the couch. Bedtime should go greeeeeeat tonight.

I think we'll watch The Secret Life of Pets, too. Seems like the cool thing to do today. We just started it. Netflix for the win. Although I'm watching it more than my 2 yo. |

Jumping in! Made a practice wedding cake today for our wedding in September! Need to get some fake flowers and things but just wanted to make sure I was capable of doing the technique before I cancelled my back up girl.
Eating nachos now, wish I had a beer.

I just watched some of those photo videos iPhone makes. Of the people on your phone, with MH.
Watched MH myself and the three kids. MH is a bit tipsy and was getting emotional at the kids.
My take away is how fat I look in most of my ones 😡
I vow to stay away from sweets and to go to the gym as much as possible.
