Can someone remind me what all extra stuff needs to happen when you're AMA? Panorama test and maybe MFP visits? I kind of assume they would want to do the MFP again anyway with my new diagnosis. I had to see one for X because of my antiphospholipid syndrome. So maybe there won't be much more than I had to do last time? I didn't have to do any extra visits or tests for being AMA. Hmmm. Maybe @73jeweks said she did? Or my memory is completely shit, which seems to happen as each successive baby eats more and more of my brain.

You'll probably need more tests than the normal AMA person would though.

My OB wanted me to do the NIPT testing at 10 weeks but my insurance didn't cover it and the results wouldn't have changed my mind anyway, so I declined.

I guess I wouldn't expect flu shots till oct. I normally get M's in August. Really? H had always gotten it at her well visit in nov, but last year they both got them at the beginning of oct.

I went to the gym and did a 45 minute treadmill workout and then lifted for 30 minutes.... then I went directly across the street to Starbucks and got banana bread and a vanilla chia tea latte.

We're usually there in August for an EI or a follow up for an EI and we'd get it then. The to-do list on their My Charts says they're both due for flu shots August 1. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

They did the nuchal screening (I can't even remember if that what it's called) with Josie. I got a few false positives so I had to have the maternity 21 test. With Charlie they went right to the maternity 21 test.

I'm taking both kids for flu shots on the 29th. I wish I could get mine there as well. It would just be so much easier.

It actually sounds like the same extra monitoring you already had for health issues. Otherwise just extra ultrasounds and stress tests (which were actually kinda cool)

jewels, I don't think insurance is as willing to pay for the maternity 21 test or something similar unless your AMA. ETA: or maybe high-risk?

I LOVE the music haha. The "outside" song and the "eat at a restaurant" song are so catchy! We sing these all the time. Plus "Sun, Beautiful Sun" and "it's time for lunch." We like "Home". More so for the clapping motion they do while singing. M finds it hilarious when he does it.

We love the trolls soundtrack here. S knows all the words to all the songs and so do i
I also like the songs in Daniel Tiger. That's embarrassing, but oh well.
I will basically sing along to anything. Transformers, Paw patrol, etc

Eta: I see you didn't try it. I'll head over to IG to get sands42 review. I think I follow you. If not, you're getting a request.

We stopped in the family rest room before we left the zoo. H asked me why there was red in my pee. That was an awkward conversation.

Maybe I'm wrong I definitely had the NT at 12 weeks, not sure what the Maternity 21 stuff is? Just the regular genetic testing?

I don't remember names of tests or anything, but I had sonograms monthly through my entire pregnancy, the first few weeks when I had bad cramping, I had them weekly. It was nice to see her and know she was progressing on track, but not necessary. I did get the blood test done to check for abnormalities in her blood. Not that it would have made a difference what the outcome was. I can't really remember much else, but just lots of appointments.

xolastunicornxo nothing else happened with the girls but I've been cautious. This trip was good for us and I am hopeful we can have a good working relationship going forward. I just got home and my cleaning person is still here so I am parked nearby kind of waiting. I hate hanging in the house when she cleans. Plus she's an odd duck. Lunch today was so so good. Actually all the food at the retreat was amazing. Yesterday's lunch was a food truck theme so we had shrimp skewers, sliders, individual lo mein cups, jerk chicken. It was so good. Last night was a clam boil with lobsters and chowder. Today's lunch was BBQ with chicken, cornbread, a baked potato bar, mac n cheese, wedge salads. It was amazing. I will be running the rest of the week!

C's new shoes arrived while she was napping. They looked huge and I was sure we'd have to send them back. Spoiler alert: They fit. When did she get so big? Please show me the shoes! What size shoe is it?? I got these in 9-12 mo size. They are so super cute on. I love t-straps on chubby feet 😍 www.robeez.com/glamour-grace-baby-shoes/
