Well now that we have some new mamas... I am certain there are PP symptoms that y'll have too so share and whine about it here; us whom are still pregnant can be prepared for them

My child doesn't think I'm tall enough and seems to be trying to stretch my abdomen. He is constantly bracing himself against my hips and pushing on my ribs with all he's got.

On a positive note- my hair is glorious. It is thick and shiny and pretty. I'm dreading the PP phase when it starts falling out and the texture changes. I'm just not going to think about that part. I'm still having all the other late pregnancy symptoms, but for today I'll just be happy about the hair.

My hair is also amazing, it's growing super fast and looks so good.
On the downside nosebleeds are worse and reflux has made an appearance.

My reflux has ramped up this week. I woke up in the middle of the night 2 nights ago gasping for air because there was bile in the back of my throat headed for my windpipe. Haven't had that happen before, whew.

I'm enjoying my hair, too.
Anyone else have tingly feet when you get out of bed in the mornings? It is worse when I've slept better (less movement, less going to the bathroom, etc).
I've had waves of nausea the past several days.
ETA apparently I've started snoring super loud. This stuffy nose/rhinitis is one of the top things I won't miss about being pregnant.

CoachTsWife No tingly feet for me, but your comment got me thinking about my feet. Not sure if this really counts as a "symptom," but I have gotten really really good at picking things up off the floor with my toes. I have even impressed myself with my own toe dexterity. If something falls on the floor and I can't manage to get it with my toes/feet...well, it's dead to me.

I am so tired of getting up at night to go to the bathroom. I've started having bladder spasms like I did with DS. So it feels like I have to pee RIGHT NOW but then I go and nothing comes out or it's just a dribble. Very frustrating. My quality of sleep is shit. I counted one night and I got up 8 times to go to the bathroom. On the plus side, the hemorrhoids aren't bothering me as much as they were. My waxer said she's seen way worse but maybe she was just being nice.

CoachTsWife, yes to the snoring! I've never snored in my life but have been waking myself up. WTF!? Re: Hair. Mine is weird. This happened with DD too. My eyebrows and leg hair virtually stop growing - I have to shave and pluck way less frequently. Same with my hair - it doesn't grow as fast as it does not pregnant. But that also meant I didn't really have any fall out postpartum which is fine by me! Hopefully it's the same this time.

Well, it finally happened. I snissed myself last night. Allergies have been kicking my ass the last couple months, and I was half way through a sneezing fit (so much sneezing), and then it happened. I supposed that's what to be expected when a 5+lb baby is sitting on your bladder, and you know need to pee but think you can hold it a little longer... Sigh.

I keep telling myself that if I need another csection at least it means they'll shave that shit for me.

S+TM - With BH, did/do they ever become crampy / painful with subsequent pregnancies? I had BH with DD but it was mostly just tightening, no cramping.

Hemorrhoids are back with a vengeance. Holy cow are they bad. They aren't due to constipation (I'm having the opposite problem actually) so OB suggested lots of water, sitz bath, and eating more protein/fat. I sat in a fairly warm bath last night and that seemed to help a lot. I've got Tucks. OB gave some cream to try. OB said Labor would probably make it worse but sometime after delivery it will get better.

He said yes, they can become more painful and cramp like. Apparently contractions can be more painful too, especially the ones after you give birth is your uterus contracts.

Pelvic pain and pressure- more so than I though I would have seeing that baby is not head down. It comes and goes depending on the day. And I wake up a million times a night and sometimes can't fall back asleep. Yay insomnia.

I have heard the uterus contractions are awful the second time around. I'm still on pain meds, but IIRC it was 2nd week of recovery I really felt them last time.

My most prevalent symptom these days is being out of breath. I am literally out of breath just standing still at this point - heaven help when I have to walk a far distance somewhere. I either need this baby to drop and give my lungs some room or come on out into the world. I'm really not picky at this point!

Pressure. When i stand or walk a lot i get so much pelvic pressure. I made DH set up the step stool for me to sit while I washed dishes last night because of it.

Lots of pressure when I'm standing. Constant peeing. Lots of BH, which I didn't really have with my other two.

Yes, the pressure is the worst. Some days I feel like I may as well walk around holding my vag to catch her in case she just falls out.

I just make DH wash the dishes now. My motivation is that he had homework and i needed the sink to put more water in the brita pitcher. Also that i told him i couldn't clean our shower anymore over a month ago because it required too much bending, and he still hasn't cleaned it so I'm showering in DS's bathroom where it is easier for me to clean it.

Oh my gosh yes - I walk across the hall to see my teaching partner and sound like I ran a marathon. Trying to talk/teach puts me out of breath sometimes! Agreed a baby needs to drop or move out of my lungs soon!

It's gotten bad the last week with my increased nasal congestion. I feel like I'm not getting any sleep between waking up to pee and waking myself up from snoring too. This is sad 😠Also just started over the weekend and has gotten progressively worse is holy pain in my sacroiliac predominantly on the right and I actually remember having the SI issue with DS too in the last few weeks. chitownsully, super weird...me too on the hair growth except, my hair seems to be growing fast on my head but have virtually slowed down everywhere else! Gotta love that. I did lose clumps of head hair though around 100 days pp ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Oh, snoring. I have started waking myself up, too. It's weird.
I wish I could recline while sitting. If I'm anything less than straight I cannot breathe. Also, when will these boobs go down? I know they likely won't reduce in size while breastfeeding, but someone tell me I'm wrong.
