My blood pressure is being dumb this morning. It's super high. I'm being given a new medicine on top of the one they've already given me. Theyre going to run pre-e blood work again and doctor said she will probably have a cardiologist meet with me. 

I can't go see Edwin until they sort this out. ☹

Oh mkrupar, I'm so sorry to read this news I am glad that they are keeping a close watch over you, however. I hope the doctors are able to figure out what is going on and that the meds do the trick - esp so you can get back to cuddling your DS. Hugs.

I know it's hard. But there will be lots of snuggles later. Just try and rest and don't allow yourself to get too upset. It won't help.
I am sorry you can't be with him though. But he is safe and being cared for.

BP is still elevated. Met with a cardiologist. He's going to add another dose of procardia and is ordering an EKG to make sure the elevation isn't due to an issue with my heart.

E is off the oxygen and eating now. H is heading down to the NICU again for his next feeding. The NICU doc told us yesterday one of his testicles isn't descended, so they're going to do an US to see where it is. We basically follow it with his pediatrician, and if it's not descended by 6 months he'll probably need surgery around 9-10 months.

I was finally able to go see Edwin again early this morning. Happened to be feeding time. He eats like a champ.

My BP is looking good this morning. Hopefully that trend continues and we'll both be discharged soon.

Looks like I'll be getting discharged tomorrow. Still no word on a discharge date for him. When he eats, he gulps so much so fast he forgets to breathe, so he keeps alerting the monitors. They want him to stop doing that before they let him go.

Visiting him this evening. Sleepy little baby burrito.
