Here we go! Today is the first day of getting stronger, more fit and maybe a wee bit less fat. Here's the info for Day 1 (tomorrow). The video is 20 minutes long. You'll need an interval timer (but you can also use her on-screen timer), water, and an elevated surface like a chair for this workout. It's Day 1. A fit test. Wednesday 9/6 Day 2
Thursday 9/7 Day 3Friday 9/8 Day 4
Saturday 9/9 Day 5
Sunday 9/10 Day 6Monday 9/11 Day 7

Thanks for starting this! I like the idea of a weekly check in thread.
I slept terribly last night, but I dragged myself out of bed and did the fit test this morning. I felt like I barely had time to write down my account in the 10-second breaks and it probably would have served me well to read through all moved prior to just jumping in....but it is what it is.
Looking forward to going through this with all of you!

I'm going to do the test tonight! I think I'll just skip the days that I do my orangetheory workouts, do you think that makes sense? Then I'll stay on the same day as everyone but just have some other workout a couple days a week.

I was thinking about his yesterday but never posted to ask. I'm ready. The biggest problem I'm going to have is my diet. I really need to take charge or it and start eating healthier. I'm not sure about BBM's regular meal plans but I HATED the (keto based) BBM Surge meal plan. I'm off to a iffy start today. I had a piece of cake (no icing) for breakfast. oops. I also had about 2.5-3 oz of chicken. At least I got some protein in.

My results were so poor I kinda don't want to share...but I will cave to peer pressure if everyone does it. I know you're bummed about them, but I think you'll be able to get back and beyond more quickly this time. There's always an upside!

I will be doing it either during nap/preschool time or after the kids are in bed tonight. My results are not going to be good because I am so out of shape but I will be sharing them for the accountability. I'm excited to get started! I need to make sure to take measurements and pictures tonight too.

I may not start until tomorrow. I have my country heat class tonight. sterling, I plan to skip the days that I do my own workout class unless it is strength training. Mostly due to time.

Here are my numbers. Honestly I don't know if they are good or bad. Some moves felt fine like the plank and the speed squats and some were killers like the lunges and the burpees.
Speed squat: 34 High knees: 90 Push ups: 17 (modified) Squat jumps: 18 Triceps dips: 13 Burpees: 5 Lunges: 6 (counted 1 for left and right) Elbow plank: 50 seconds
Here we go!!!

I'm here. And I'm doing this tonight. I stepped on the scale and took measurements this morning to prep. WOOF.
I'll take some pix too but after seeing some from this weekend, double WOOF.

I need something that requires a simple shopping list and minimal prep time. I work full time and have 2 kids to take care of, I don't have hours of time devote to meal prep. This time through BBM, I'll probably stick as close to whole 30 as I can.
