milano , I just did day 1 of BBM. It was good - OMG am I out of shape. I can't do anything. I modified a bit because I worry about injuries in this type of thing. But hopefully I'll keep up. did you download the guide or just do videos? I've just been doing the videos, no guide or ab series. She has you repeat the fit test every 2 weeks so I just did my second one and had some great improvements! And I do allll the modifications, haha, it still counts!! Burpees and squat thrusts are the devil. Yea I didn't do burpees. Also you said you didn't sweat so I did this in my pj pants, a tank top and bare feet. I'm sweating. lol. But I weighed in and have about 17 lbs to lose. Its ON.

I doubled up again and did bbm days 17&18 today. I sweated my ass off, so apparently the non-sweatiness only lasts a little while stringy. And I walked at the park with MH and the kids for about 45 min. Tomorrow I'm taking a break.

Oh I love snacks!!
Cheese and a whole grain cracker Apple with peanut or almond butter A hard boiled egg Carrots and hummus Cucumbers or tomatoes with cottage cheese Greek yogurt with almonds and blueberries DIY trail mix with dried fruit and nuts Veggie sticks with Greek yogurt ranch dip Almonds stuffed into dates (omg yum) Baked apples with cinnamon and pecan crumble
Any of those float your boat? Win for a little protein and a little fat to help stave off your hunger. Always use a protein to balance any carbs.

I got out of bed early and did my couch to 5K workout this morning. It was in the sixties which was so nice. Up to three minute stretches of jogging and feeling stronger!

I did my run this morning. I really enjoy doing it first thing, because it gives me energy for the day and it's cooler. J whined about me leaving but I just ignored him and left. Woohoo.

I did another double today because we were gone all day yesterday. I procrastinated all day but finally knocked them out before dinner and it went so quick, I don't know why I waited. Tomorrow is an official rest day. Tuesday starts phase 2 of the workouts, so they'll be harder I assume. Or if nothing else, shorter breaks.
My eating has been poor.

Or just loooking at a clock? There's not a couch to 5k app but we are using the runkeeper app which was pretty cool. I just put it in the cupholder of the stroller and it told me when to walk and run. I liked it.

I use the C25K app from active. They have a free version, but at some point I upgraded it to the ad free version.

Week 3 of couch to 5K done! It was 84 outside after work and I was dying, but the extra hour of sleep this morning was totally worth it.

Ok, day 2 of running in the books. yesterday I didn't have time to do anything and drank and ate more than I should have. So back on the H20 and veggies today. Borrrr-ing.

Started week 4 of couch to 5k, officially when you jog more than you walk (minus warm up/cool down). It was 92 out, and I really didn't know if I could get through it, but I just kept going until I finished. I felt totally KA!

Ok I had my third run today. Saturdays are with a group. It was 50 degrees and rainy. But we went over 2 miles. My legs hurt. I want to weigh myself but I'm trying to wait a few weeks.
