My bellybutton is almost non-existent at this point. I had an outie at the end of my pregnancy with DS, but I must be bigger this time because it's just a little pucker now.
All of my stretchmarks from DS have returned with a vengeance and invited some new friends. I've got them all around my bellybutton as well as on my butt and the top of my thighs.
+1 to wearing nursing bras without underwire - been wearing them a few months now. But honestly, I don't even have regular bras that fit me anymore because I was in nursing tanks after DS and never bought new bras. Need to reinvest in bras once our nursing journey is over.

I have so much pelvic and nether region pain it's ridiculous.
Those who use support belts, do they help with That?

Sooooo....like the last 2 or 3 days I've had some shooting pains like on the bottom of my belly, FUPA area. It mostly occurs here and then if I'm walking. It's just odd and I don't remember this with DS ::grumble grumble::
First Charlie horse last night too. First and only time I've ever had one before was with DS so I knew what to expect and I knew to yell, "OW OW OW OW CHARLIE HORSE!!!!" Instead of just screaming in pain so H didn't think I was dying or something 😂

I have a belt and I would say it offers great support but doesn't fully cure my vag pain. Our pains may be different though - I'm just super sore between my legs, almost like I've been working out or something. But the belt does to a great job in supporting my uterus and taking some of the pressure off my back/abdomen.

I also love that you referenced the "FUPA." Sorry you're having pain, but that's such a great acronym. I've had similar pain with both pregnancies. If I slow down and drink water it usually helps.

Like my inner upper thighs, at the apex of my vag hurt.

For me, my belt takes it from painful to just uncomfortable, but doesn't cure it 100%. Add me to this club. The belt helps a little bit with lifting/supporting the lower belly, but I will be returning the add-on "groin straps" because they did exactly zero for the vag pain. The only thing that quasi-works is sitting on an ice pack, and that relief is very temporary. Yesterday I had to sprint after DD because she made a beeline for the street, and those 5-6 big leaps have been haunting me ever since -- I feel broken and can barely walk. Same thing happened at a splash pad a few weeks ago. SPD can suck it.

Oh, and when I get the support belt tight enough to do anything, the compression adds to the pressure on my bladder. Plus the damn thing always rides up when I sit down. So it really is deciding which is the lesser of those evils in the moment.

But instead of being calm so I wouldn't worry DH, I screamed OMG OMG OMG. He totally thought I was going into labor.

I ate lunch at 11:45, and had a random chocolate croissant at like 3. Here I am at 7:30 and still feeling full. No desire to eat dinner. Blech.

I could do with just a little less in the reflux, constipation and hemorrhoids departments today. All three are too much.

Basically been force feeding myself little meals and snacks every 2-3 hours this entire pregnancy. I get cravings every once and a while (like cookie dough...or a piece of rainbow cake...or some udon noodles), but that is kind of an exception rather than the rule. It was the same way for DS. My appetite came back full force once I was postpartum and breastfeeding- looking forward to that again! So there is a light at the end of the tunnel 😀
