I am actually working on one today. I've been cruising all the meal delivery sites to steal their recipes. I've been in a serious rut that has caused me to dread dinner time lately so I'm trying to mix it up. Here's what looks good:
(From Blue Apron) Miso chicken ramen Sweet-As-Honey Chicken with snow peas and Jasmine rice
(Hello Fresh) Roasted Pork tenderloin with lemony potatoes and zucchini Honey Mustard chicken with roasted sweet potatoes Maple glazed pork chops with mashed sweet potatoes and green beans One Pan Orzo Italiano Baked chicken parmesan with rigatoni

I feel like I have more recipes for fall/winter than summer. I love cooking food in the oven, but it's too hot to turn it on so I've been either using my cast iron skillet or using the slow cooker to cook some meats.

I have bean tostadas scheduled for tonight. It's a summer friendly meal and filling. Minimal effort. Black beans, lettuce, red onion, and salsa.
Tomorrow it's teriyaki chicken in the slow cooker.
Sundays we usually eat at my parents.

I am interested. I usually only cook Saturdays. MIL lives with us and cooks the rest of the time. I usually google a receipt for the meat I have/bought and find a recipe on the fly. I need to start saving them.

This week, we've been alternating between chicken fajitas, chicken stir fry over egg noodles and teriyaki salmon with salad. Next week I think we will do chicken parm over linguini, chicken salad sandwiches and steak with corn on the cob

I'm eating healthier now so nothing really creative. Grilled chicken, brown rice and veggies is on the menu this week along with lemon pepper salmon, roasted sweet potatoes and broccoli. I'm no help. Before I was on a diet I cooked pretty basic stuff like meatloaf, baked Mac and cheese, yams, shredded BBQ chicken, chicken tacos, etc. Hints why I'm so chubby.

I'm here for it. I'm excited for colder weather so I can actually cook some Indian food.

My dad didn't prepare much when I was young (divorced parents) so I'm having to find recipes on my own!
