Up until today everythings been going very well, but I woke up late last night with a lot of cramping and bleeding and I believe I lost the pregnancy. I have an appointment this afternoon to take a look at everything, but I'm pretty certain this is goodbye without getting too graphic. Thank you for having me.
Update: I have more questions than answers at this point, baby is still in there we were able to see the heartbeat, but not hear it so I have a more in depth ultrasound today. Still painful cramping and bleeding. Thanks for giving me somewhere to put this!
2nd update: I'm embarrassed about all of this, but it's scary. Ultrasound went really well baby is measuring 7wks 3 days so my doc thinks my dates are way off because of my PCOS. Not out of the woods yet, but strong heartbeat was detected and I will follow up next week. So basically a watch and wait happening. Thank you for all the encouragement.

I'm not sure where to put this. We went in for our anatomy scan today and they could not find a heartbeat. I'm scheduled for a d&e tomorrow and we are devastated. I have appreciated the support of this group and wish you all the best!

I'm so glad that you could see the heartbeat mirabelle! Yay! Is it possible it could be a fibroid or some kind of cyst that is causing the cramping and bleeding? Fingers crossed they can figure out what's going on and keep baby safely in there! |

This is good news! I had bleeding into my second trimester last pregnancy, not profuse, but it was a very scary time. There are a number of reasons for bleeding so I'm hoping you get some answers and baby continues to grow. <3

I'm glad you got to see the baby and heartbeat. I had spotting and bleeding for several weeks in my first trimester due to an SCH. It is terrifying. I hope you get more answers at your ultrasound and that baby continues to stay put and grows.

Glad to see your update. Please don't feel embarrassed. Spotting and bleeding during pregnancy is scary. I'm happy the ultrasound went well and the heartbeat was good. Grow baby grow!
