My BIL delivers for JJ's on his bicycle so if I order JJ delivery he will likely be delivering it and will tell DH that I had cold lunch meat. I also can't go to the store because if he sees me, he will rat on me. Guess I'm stuck with leftovers. FFTC: I've never had Potbelly.

I am thankful my doc told me the lunch meat recommendation is a load of bologna (see what I did there?) because most days it is just about the only protein I eat.

If DH gives you issues tell him you microwaved the sandwich before you ate it. 😂

So BIL would be just ratting himself out.

All of first Tri it was the only thing I could eat. Turkey sandwiches & cheese! I was super by the book with that for DD but this time I'm like noooope.

Ha MH has no clue what I should or shouldn't eat while pregnant and I don't think he'd care if he did. Now he would bat an eye if he saw me drinking wine but apart from that, I'm good.

Back to reality after an extra long weekend! Even though my reality is bed rest, it's sooo nice to have some quiet time without DS begging to watch dory for the 11th time I have my gestational diabetes appointment booked for next week so I'm hoping more information will mean less stress. And our anatomy scan is on the 23rd, hopefully the placenta has moved up and I get cleared to resume normal activity. We have H's brothers wedding starting this weekend and all his family is coming in from Ireland on Thursday. I wish I could drink so badly!!

I could live on Wawa. During my last pg the first few months i was coaching and it was the easiest bus food!

Hi all! I'm wfh today and my DD is at DC. This is the most freeing thing ever. I'm lounging in my pj's while doing work watching harry potter. The best.
So i am selling some clothes at a consignment sale for the fall /winter. My DD was an N15 and this baby is F18. She was 99% so it's likely all her 6mo cold weather clothes won't fit this baby right? Even if this baby was small /average 6mo would put us at August.

I am usually team #hoardallthethings but if you want an excuse to buy new adorable things then go for it ;-)

Even with this one being due end of Feb, 14w would be like, beginning of May.

DH promised me that the second kid slides out, he's right, right?

I heard it too. G was 8 14 at birth. That's the one of the reasons I am happy I am having a c section. Do not want to push out a 9+ lb baby.

benandjerrys amesie no for real the second is SO MUCH EASIER. Even with DD2 weighing 2 pounds more I would rather push her out a thousand more times before repeating the painful fiasco that was the birth of DD1.

Even with DD2 weighing 2 pounds more I would rather push her out a thousand more times before repeating the painful fiasco that was the birth of DD1. Thank God. I'm just hoping I won't tear again... it wasn't horrific or anything (2nd degree tear), but the stitches were no fun. And I felt them for like 5 weeks afterward. (To c section moms, please excuse my whining bc I know that can be a really tough recovery.) Also, my H just worked up the nerve to tell me he snuck a peek while I was pushing out DS and that it was terrifying. Why he chose now to share this....

DS was 6.5 weeks early and 5 lbs 11 oz and I tore, I panicked because he was early, and because Labour was happening so fast I couldn't get an epidural which freaked me out, because I always just assumed I'd get one. Follow up with DD at, nearly 3.5 pounds bigger at 9lbs4oz, my tearing and general recovery time was wayyy faster and easier, and even though I still couldn't get an epidural I was less scared and more like ok let's just get this done. Crossing all my fingers for a delivery like that again!

DS was only 5lbs11oz and it still took me 2 hours of pushing. Not sure how I'll get a bigger kid out lol. I didn't tear though, so crossing my fingers I'm lucky in that way again!

I think the doc spent literally an hour stitching me up after DD1 and it was hell. I had a few second degree tears and a torn labia or sumshit like that. Recovery was no joke. And LMAO at your H 😂😂 my H looked away for my first I am pretty sure but watched everything for the second.
