DS is starting preschool later this month. It's a 2 year old preschool so he doesn't have to be potty trained. I told the director we cloth diaper and she said that was fine and that they've accommodated it before. He will be going 9-12 on M/W. I'm trying to figure out exactly how to do this. I'm thinking I will take a wet bag each day with two diapers in it and then I'll just get the wet bag when I pick him up. Should I leave a spare in his cubby there JIC? Anyone have experience with this? Am I totally overthinking it?

I think that's a great plan. Send two each day with the wetbag and leave a spare in his cubby. Maybe even a spare wetbag just in case. You're not overthinking!

I would leave three, JIC.
For some reason, my kids like to poop in a dry diaper.
But I am known for overkill.

I would take a bag with 3 diapers and a wet bag. Pick up the wetbag at the end of the day. Replace dirty diapers with clean ones and a clean wet bag the next day. Always leave at least one more than you except him to need.

My kid goes to school on a similar schedule. I just load up his cubby with all our preschool friendly diapers (aios and some side snaps pockets) whenever I do laundry. He's had quite the stash there at times. I have plenty of other diapers for home use. I take in a clean wetbag every morning and hang it by the changing table, then take it home at pick up.
