I forgot to add that we have a definite scheduled c section date! Baby will be here 12/27 😊 They want to do mine on 12/26 but I am hoping I can convince them to push it to 12/28 or 12/29. My dr really want 38 weeks but the Mfm was insisting on 39 weeks. The head Mfm at the hospital agreed that 38 weeks was better because they really don't want me to go into spontaneous labor. They have a time slot available on the 27th and it's the first one of the day so less chance of it being delayed. 😊 My dr is thrilled and I am happy it's settled.

Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk I told MH was really happy about getting baby out before New Years because of the taxes. My accountant (who is also my dads cousin) will be pleased too. 😂

I told my dr about the random bleeding I had a week and a half ago and she said it was odd but baby is fine with a hb of 153 and was moving all around so she isn't worried. She is even pleased with my placenta placement. I will definitely sleep good tonight.

Hi all!
DD did great with her trial run at the in home center today. Then we got chick fil a and she's napping while I do some work.
I'm really excited to beach tomorrow. I just hope I can stay up all day! Zzzzz
One more week until my NT scan. I want to see the nugget! Then maybe it will feel way more real.

PSA: Destination Maternity has an extra 30% to 50% off already reduced prices.
I just ordered 12 dressy shirts/sweater, 1 dress & 1 pair of dress pants for $170

My 3 girls have come at 38w2, 38w even, and 37w4d. Induced because of hypertension. I believe 37 weeks is Dec 29th. We've pretty much met our deductible this year so I'm like...... after Christmas all bets are off. Get that baby outta me. Lol.

there are so many wild forest fires in our province this year and all the smoke in the air has migrated down to us now. It's actually terrible. My asthma is going nuts plus it's 36 degrees and just all around no Bueno. Hopefully it passes soon since it's a long weekend and D needs to be outside 90% of the time to get his energy out Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk We are also getting smoke all the way in Seattle! Hope your asthma eases up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'm due Jan 7 but DS was born at 41 weeks. For tax purposes December would be better but I would rather my kid have a January birthday than one close to Christmas. Not that I have much say in this.

I'm not thrilled with it being so close to Christmas but since I am having a c section, I would rather it be scheduled and not worry about going into labor on my own. I am going to make my best effort to make sure this baby gets a separate celebration for its birthday every year. My sister and friend both have birthdays super close to Christmas and I always make a point to wrap their birthday gifts on birthday paper and get them a birthday card to show that I know it's not the same day. It's just a weird thing I do.

It's just a weird thing I do. I have a cousin born on Christmas Eve and Mom did the same thing for her when she was growing up. We always celebrated with that side of the family on Christmas Eve, so she got Christmas presents and a birthday present (wrapped in birthday paper).

I've been MIA because on the first day at the beach house DS dropped my phone in a toilet! 😵😱🙈 I kept it off until today and it's working just fine, hallelujah! Missed y'all!!
Vacation has been wonderful but I probably gained 10 pounds with all the eating. I'm going to have to rein it in asap.

My birthday is my EDD, January 16, and mine still gets lumped in with Christmas. Oh well! My friends who have been in the hospital having babies on Christmas all say it is a nice experience though - everything is quiet and festive and everyone is cheerful :-)

I was in the hospital over Thanksgiving with my DDs induction. It was very quiet for the most part!

It's opinion day, right? I think the maternity photos where ladies act like forrest nymphs like this are stupid: ![](https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170804/2bdfb8997494a4b0fd3183dac93e0361.jpg) ![](https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170804/74ef187d32b6f1c9c8d48668fee70b6a.jpg)

sweetsurprise, pictures like that are def not my style. If you don't normally wear a big crown of flowers I don't get why you would in your maternity pictures.

I have never had maternity photos taken period so clearly prancing around in a lace cape that barely covers my hooha and having someone photograph it is not for me.
