Share with us how you're feeling, any concerns? So far so good.

How was it? Went well, tech was awesome and told me everything looked good instead of making me wait on my results.
Learn anything new? I was an AW in the Monday Randoms post, we are finally going to find out the sex.
Next appointment? Two weeks from now a midwife and another growth ultrasound.

How was it? Everything went well. Baby did great during the BPP. Moving, "breathing" etc. All the things they look for in that scan. He was pretty lazy then for the NST, so I was hooked up forever until the doc got what she wanted. They drew blood and had me leave a urine sample so they could run new pre-e labs and see where we're at in regards to its severity.
Any feels/vents/etc? It dawned on me we could have an outside baby anywhere from 4-7 weeks from now depending on how everything plays out in regards to my health. Hoping we can keep him inside for seven more weeks.
Learn anything new? Not really. My doc wasn't in today, so she'll review my latest BP and GD logs tomorrow.
Next appointment? Thursday at 10:45am. Regular OB appt.

I'm 32 weeks today, and due to my age and weight my weekly appointments are kicking in early. So from here on out I'll be having an NST every week, and then I think they want to see me TWICE a week starting at 36 weeks. Good thing the office is 5 minutes from my house.
I had to laugh at the OB I saw last week (been rotating through all the doctors at the practice so I haven't seen my primary in about 2 months), he was soooooo apologetic and didn't want to say "obesity", he actually just pointed to the word on the screen and was like "you know, I don't want you to worry, sometimes medical terms can be harsh..." and I'm just there like ehhh, call it what you want, I'm not gonna worry about it right now!
We've also got a growth scan on deck for tomorrow, I'm excited to see this girl one more time and obviously anxious to hear that everything looks as it should.

Oh hey, it looks like I do have an appointment this week! Just got a reminder/confirmation text from my office. Thank goodness for that, lol.
How far along are you? 31 weeks on Thursday
Share with us how you're feeling, any concerns? Feeling pretty good! No concerns, just hope baby is measuring better this time. She was measuring a few weeks behind last visit, so they sent me for an ultrasound. Everything looked good, so I'm not too worried this time.
Appt. update this week. What type of appt? Regular OB visit, hopefully a nice boring one this time.

How far along: 29 weeks and 3 days.
Share with us how you are feeling: I feel tired and out of breath a lot. Also anxiety seems to be popping up more and I should probably stay away from google.
What type of appt? Regular OB appt - pee in a cup, BP, weight, and measurements.
Any feels/vents/etc: I've been monitoring my pressure at home and anytime I'm near a machine at Walmarts/CVS and the like. It's always been super low the last two weeks between appointments. Today is was 130/68. Doctor is fine if it hangs at 130 and there's no protein in my urine. I'm frustrated because I can't figure out why the two machines I'm borrowing at home plus the two in the stores are so different from when the nurse takes it. I don't feel nervous when they take it but can't figure out why it would be so much higher than like when I took it this afternoon at Walmart (108/70).
Next appt: Two weeks

danvers I hate all BP machines. I have my wrist cuff I use religiously at home, and it's been pretty close to the office readings. The one nice thing about the GD diet is my sodium intake is much lower than before, and that has helped my BP readings dramatically.

How far along are you? I will be 31+3 tomorrow at my appointment.
Share with us how you're feeling, any concerns? Slightly concerned about my possible DR. I plan to ask all of the questions tomorrow.
Appt. update this week. What type of appt? Ultrasound to get more pictures of baby (he was too active to get all the pictures they wanted last time) and midwife checkup after.

Share with us how you're feeling, any concerns? Standard third tri woes - back pain, heartburn, exhaustion, shortness of breath.
Appt. update this week. What type of appt? Standard checkup. How was it? Health-wise, all fine. But their patient software was down so they held me hostage in a room for 30 minutes while they all complained right outside my room about how they couldn't get into their system. All I needed at that point was a doppler and I was done, but had to wait forever for it.
Any feels/vents/etc? Made my September midwife appointments and it felt a bit surreal to have to start making weekly ones by the end of that month. Crunch time!
Next appointment? 3 weeks for next standard checkup (on vacation for 2 weeks starting next week so my schedule is a little off.)

Share with us how you're feeling, any concerns? Happy to be in the third trimester, but my hips have really started to hurt due to the SPD - doctor diagnosed it today, ugh. Aside from the discomfort though, I am really happy we've made it this far and I just need to focus on keeping baby inside!
Appt. update this week. What type of appt? I had my normal bi-weekly MFM appointment today. Ultrasound, cervix measurement, and TDAP shot.
How was it? Appointment was good! Cervix is measuring 2.8cm long. There is still a small sch that I feel will never go away, but we didn't see as much debris inside the amniotic sac. That means it is highly likely my membranes are not at risk of imminent rupture - wohoo! The bad part of the appointment was that I officially got diagnosed with SPD again ☹️. The doctor sent me to the physical therapist, who palpated around and said I had it again. Booooooo. It is so gross to hear my pelvic bones pop in and out of place.
Any feels/vents/etc? The doctor said I should try to limit my activity more than I have been, given the SPD and all my other issues. That was kind of a bummer - as I really was trying to be conservative with my modified bedrest. I guess I'll just take it extra easy and be mindful of staying off my feet.
Learn anything new? Aside from the SPD - nope! Glad DH is back home and so he can help more with DS and allow me to take it easier. 😀

30+5
Feeling good overall, but the usual not so fun pregnancy stuff is going on. As much as I'm uncomfortable, I know I'm pretty lucky so I'm trying to stay positive.
Regular OB went well today. Csection scheduled for the week after my due date just in case this vbac doesn't happen. Scheduled appointments through mid-September, which threw me for a loop. Ish is getting real, guys.
Overall, it was a quick, normal appointment. Just can't believe how fast things are going.
Next week I'll see my endocrinologist. The week after that is a regular OB appointment.

How far along are you? ]30+5 today
Share with us how you're feeling, any concerns? Have some concerns but also feeling optimistic as the weeks pass.
Appt. update this week. What type of appt? Routine OB, Growth & cervical check with MFM
How was it? Both were good. Cerclage is still holding, Bubs is already head down, not that it matters in my case lol! but it certainly feels good that he's not kicking my cervix and bladder! Bubs growth dropped a week behind so they're a little concerned but not terribly, still within the growth range, they had a hard time measuring or really couldn't measure 1/4 of my fibroids which of course is the largest one. It was behind the placenta. Worried that it's impeding bubs growth so will need another growth check in 4-6 wks depending on how my OB appts. go As far as GD goes, OB is ruling that out even though my fasting am numbers have been fluctuating but she didn't want to put me on anything cos it could cause me to go into hypoglycemia with my postprandial numbers being on the low side.
Any feels/vents/etc? I am worried about bubs growth now and paranoid about my blood glucose numbers so I will continue to monitor until my next appt. in a couple of weeks, which by that time, will have a month of logs for OB to make a long term eval. We also discussed about my RCS and all the possible things that could go wrong so I am trying to not think too much about it but it's terrifying and won't share details here because.....
Learn anything new? My stupid insurance will not cover further monitoring of my BG with no history of insulin use. This was early in the week but I managed to talk to them and got my Drs' office involved and it was a lot of phone calls between them to get me through just another couple of weeks! and all that finally happened yesterday. Mentally exhausted over it. Good news is that the MFM said I could increase activities once I hit 34 weeks!
Next appointment? In a couple of weeks. Just routine OB and discussions about my cerclage removal and where and who etc. The clinic was so backed up that day due to emergencies and I didn't want to tied up my OB anymore with too many questions so we concluded we had time to go over everything in a couple of weeks.

Taitai, glad to hear that bubs is doing well and staying put! bummer about your actual SPD dx which you suspected and about decrease in activity. It's so hard but you're almost 3/4 of the way already! Hang in there mama!

duskymonkey, so far so good. It's only been 2 full days of monitoring my glucose levels and a week of diet. The diet hasn't been that bad. It's just a lot of preparation but I'm full after my meals. Yesterday my BG was kind of low and I felt it. I see the diabetic counselor next week to go over how I'm doing. I guess it's trial and error until I find a good medium.

Appt. update this week. What type of appt? Appointments 3 & 4. Dietician appt was fine. She said my logs look good. I don't have to go back and see her, but to reach out if anything changes or if I have questions.
NST & Growth US at MFM went well. Baby is doing fine and growing right on track.
Any feels/vents/etc? Just getting a little anxious as each week passes. This is about the time DD's pregnancy went downhill, and despite everything going well right now, I'm almost waiting for the other shoe to drop. I think I'll feel better once we hit 34 weeks (3 more weeks) so long as everything is still going smoothly.
Learn anything new? Nothing new really. I didn't get to see the doctor because she was the only practitioner in the office today, so she was super busy.
Next appointment? Next Friday NST/BPP.

Any feels/vents/etc? I feel good knowing I'm measuring right on track, especially because I feel so big.
Learn anything new? He's currently head down.
Next appointment? 8/18

littleowl913 mkrupar, glad to hear you're both doing well and there is no need for added meds. Yeah it's not too bad really and finding what are your trigger foods is going to be key in avoiding those and definitely exercise if you can helps a great deal. Unfortunately I can't do that but do notice on days that I have increased activity, my levels are way low. It's crazy but my body just can't handle refined carbs at all! No problem with honey or even maple syrup and whole wheat anything I can handle...super weird. I was given a complimentary cup of fragrant sweetened Persian tea with lunch today and BG was great phew! ( I felt bad if I didn't drink it- the owner was kind and so courteous ) I'm just really back to eating my usual pre-pregnancy which didn't include much refined carbs and I'm just not indulging in treats so totally doable.
