Here's the place to talk about using alcohol mindfully, less, or not at all.

Hello! I have been alcohol free since June 18th. Planning on going until August 11 when we go on a little vacay/staycation with my sister and her family.
I tried the gummies/thc drinks to help, but not shockingly it turns out, I still hate being high lol.
Since January I havenāt really been able to make it past 3 days without alcohol, but something finally clicked, and this time has been fairly easy. I havenāt even really craved a drink. Itās weird. Iām sure thatāll pass but for now Iāll take it.

Iām already alcohol free but Iāve gone THC free for about 3 weeks now. I had a bad panic attack and decided to go off everything (even did about 2 weeks without caffeine - do not recommend) while my new dosage of anxiety meds was ramping up. I also was noticing over the couple of weeks prior I was having some red flag behaviors with THC - using it to zone out, as a ārewardā for a tough day, and by myself. I donāt usually use it like that so I just need a break to make sure everything is ok and Iām not misusing it. After a couple days I was not thinking about it anymore so I think Iām ok but just going to lay off for awhile. Especially while Iām dealing with some stuff.

I haven't been as dry this year so far as in the past three. Work stuff, overall stress about DS starting kindergarten, and election panic are the factors behind it.

Still going here.
We are planning a universal trip in Nov. being alcohol free hit me while researching. I didnāt even bother looking at club level hotel rooms because the free alcohol debility into the price made it not worth it.
We save a lot of money not drinking, but a lot of things have alcohol built into experiences.

Hi, I am on day 2 of going for 100 days. Just need to break some habits and reevaluate my relationship with alcohol and wine specifically. Does anyone have any NA wine recs? Iāve heard Gruvi Prosecco is good, but I have to order it. Anything else?

I kept getting ads for Recess drinks. My friend actually recommended them without me saying anything, so I ordered a sample pack.

I have had the Recess drinks before. They are fine, but definitely didnāt make me feel anything or consider them a real replacement for alcohol.
I did try Gruvi and really like the rose Prosecco. They feel āspecialā so that helps.
Iāve been drinking a lot of virgin mojitos. Those are delicious and really help me!

Iāve heard Gruvi Prosecco is good, but I have to order it. Anything else? Wolffer Estate Spring in a Bottle is one of my favorites. And they now make little mini bottles too, which are great when you donāt want to commit to a full bottle of (NA) wine. Oddbirds is probably my absolute favorite. Leitz Eins Zwei is always solid. Giesen NA is also pretty good. My dad always has that on hand because itās easy for him to find.
