Howdy.
Yesterday all I did was yoga; a 10 minute core focus flow and a 30 minute slow flow. When my 5:30 alarm went off I thought it was my 4am alarm because I have ZERO recollection of it ever going off and was very confused. Then the afternoon was a whole THING and running wasn't going to happen. But I kept my core streak alive and did something.
Today I got up despite a shitty night's sleep. Today is my last day of work until 4/9 for spring break and I'll catch up on sleep tomorrow.
30 minute femme power run with Becs Extra 10 run with Adrian 5 minute core with Emma 5 minute stretch with Camila 5 minute stretch with Katie
I got out of bed late and got a late start, but I made the most of it. School today is a wonky schedule. I didn't bring lunch and was going to order Panera, but I missed having second breakfast and just ate it for lunch. Close enough.
Also, getting old is so dumb. I got a cramp in my shoulder while LAYING IN BED READING Tuesday night and yesterday my whole shoulder and neck hurt SO BAD. Today is significantly better, especially after running. The heat and extra blood flow seems to have helped. But my gosh, how is that even possible. Fucking bodies, man.

I never did get my run in after work. Le sigh.
Morning workout ✅
- 30 min Legs & Shoulders with RK
I have finished the 5-day split and I like it so much more than the 4-day split.
I’ll plan to continue for the next 3 weeks but ideally, go for 6 weeks.
I might end up playing my own music over it as even as much as I like RK, hearing the same comments over and over again will get old very fast.
I was pressed for time so did the stretching she did at the end of class and added on a few more.

Morning.
60 minute interval run with Becs 10 minute core with Emma 10 minute stretch with Robin
Yoga tonight.
The 5 minute core classes are starting to get easier and aren't always enough at this point. I'll keep doing them mostly for time constraint purposes, but I need to work more 10 minute classes in.
Eating a quick lunch then and girls and I are headed to H's work to swim for two hours, so lots more movement for me today, which is good. I've eaten like an asshole for the last few days and need to shake off the bloat.

Still not 100% but got on the bike for a 30 min PZE ride. Was hoping for the zone 2 one but ended up with 2 8 minute zone 3 intervals. It was harder than it should have been.

Another day, another easy 30 minute ride. Yesterday was a low impact with Denis. Today I did one with Hannah F.
It looks like Matt’s ride tomorrow is a PZMax, which I’m definitely not cleared for yet, so my plan is to find a longer PZE ride instead.

I took the past week off, mostly because work was super busy and I didn’t have time but also I just didn’t feel like it. Which led to me having to do an 18k this morning to get my garmin stage 1 running badge 😆

Morning.
30 minute Cardi B run with Marcel 15 minute EDM run with Hannah 5 minute core with Selena 10 minute stretch with Robin
Yoga tonight.
My legs were so sore this morning, I didn't really plan for the second run, but it felt good and I was knew I was close to mileage decade, so I through it in.
I'm at a birthday party with DD1 right now and DD2 has one later today. Trying to avoid pizza and cake all day, ugh.

Good morning!
OOT and the rain nixxed my running plans so I’ll aim for a run tomorrow.
- 20 min Low Impact Cardio with Callie
I’m guessing this was her last class (or one of them) before baby. Loved the playlist and just a great way to shake things out from all that lifting this week, so bookmarking this one.
- 10 min Focus Flow: Floor Poses with Kirra Bookmarking this one as well as it stretched everything, including my pesky, cranky tight lower back.

I went to OTF yesterday and today. Still not feeling 100%, but I can’t tell what’s going on. Super mild cold, maybe? I have had a slight sore throat for a couple days. It’s one where I just have a small area of pain that is just super annoying. Yawning and sneezing hurt. It’s dumb.
But yesterday’s workout was okay, and the workout today was great. I went into it thinking I would go easy, but then when I saw it was a run/row, I went for it. i love run/rows!

Happy Easter to those who celebrate!
20 minute pop punk ride with Emma 5 minute core with Callie 5 minute stretch with Emma
Yoga tonight, hopefully.
I have four hours in the car today and in between the two hour legs of driving there will be only sitting around and eating. So I'll need the stretch, but it'll likely take work to sweet talk myself into it.
Food will be a train wreck. Ugh.

Pretty good. I’m not NOT in pain, but I’m optimistic that if I go through all of the progressions the doctor has talked with me about, and don’t try to jump in too hard and too fast, I can finally kick this injury. That is fantastic news! I know it still sucks to have to go thru all this but I know you will rock it.

I got a very short strength workout in on Saturday (I probably spent more time in the parking lot convincing myself to go in then I did actually working out), after a very short (1 mile) run. Yesterday though I got in a nice long run (9.5 miles) to get the March 15k badge in my garmin lol. I also got quite a bit done in the way of prepping food for the week. I've been seeing videos on ig of prepping meals like a line cook and that really speaks to me. I like being able to combine stuff in different ways. I ended up roasting a ton of broccoli and asparagus and making some lentils to add to things, plus two types of meatballs (those are spoken for though). Dinner was "Mediterranean-inspired sheet pan salmon & veggies" with lentils added ( jenneatsgoood.com/sheet-pan-mediterranean-inspired-salmon-veggies/ (leftovers are lunch today).
