There is a cat cafe near here. My kids are always begging to go, but it would lay me flat for at least a day because of my cat allergy. Sorry, kids.

Kelly Stafford both fascinates me and gets on my nerves. Stafford jerseys are common at games because so many people have them. A few (non official) pages saying "hey don't wear them Saturday" is not the equivalent of "we hate the Staffords" but since she's apparently been crying on her podcast all week about how hard this game is going to be on them emotionally, she had to get something new to cry about apparently. I had no idea who he was until I tried watching the national championship on Monday and accidentally turned on the channel where he was broadcasting from the sidelines. Thankfully my saved me bc I wasn't going to survive a game of that. He sounds like the worst. |

I think there are a subset of former NFL GOATS that people still legit wear jerseys for and always will. Here it’s Montana and Rice. But like… Stafford. Nah. We haven’t been in a playoff game in30years. He might actually be our GOAT. I feel like Barry Sanders and Calvin Johnson would be considered GOAT level for Detroit long time fans too, maybe? |

You chose whether or not you wanted to take your stuff into the cat room or not. |

Did none of you watch Call me Kat with Miyim Bialik (and the late Leslie Jordan)? That's all I think of when I hear cat cafe. There is at least one downtown near me, and my dd would love to go, but I don't know if either of our allergies could handle it, and I rarely venture downtown unless it's for a big event.

Obligatory Fuck the NFL in general but LOL at Detroit holding loyalty to Stafford. They made it to the playoffs as the NFC North champs for the first time in ...30 years, this year. Why would anyone in Michigan hold a torch for a QB that rarely even got them a winning season? He also has a very punchable face. A lot of people around here still respect him and are happy for him when he wins. With a fan base like this one, sharing his disappointment week after week for 11 years means he’s basically family. He’s like the cousin that ended up moving to LA to follow his dreams. 😂 He does have a punchable face, though. |
