I’m figuring I’ll be still out of a job this month since I still don’t have any interviews scheduled so I plan to go strong this month.
Keeping to my 5 days a week workouts and continuing with the liift4 program.
I plan to try and eat as healthy as I can this month but know it won’t be easy!

I just started the 12 days of Fitness at OTF. I have to do 6 of the 12 days December 1-12 to get the blanket that is the prize. 1 down today!
I also already signed up for some classes near my MIL’s house, and will sign up for a couple near my parents’ house as well when the system allows me.

I’m starting a run streak this month! Just a mile a day, but something to keep me moving daily. Other than that just trying to maintain this month. If I lose I lose but meh, not the goal. Just sticking with healthy eating and more movement.

6 miles down this afternoon.
I need to stretch and foam roll tonight. I went hard on the bike yesterday and definitely felt it this morning.

November was decent for me workout wise; 106.9 cycling miles and 83.2 running miles. Strength and yoga took a decline. Food was not good, but I maintained, so taking the win.
December I'm hoping for similar; run a lot, ride a lot, more strength and yoga, do better with food.
I got in a 45 minute interval run this morning and 5 minute stretch. That's it for today, but I'm taking my 4.8 miles and being damn happy. I wish I had run longer, but I had zero time.

Finally not hurt. Finally not sick. Entered my meet today to make that official.
This week and next week are the worst stress wise. I'll be done with my class next week and we have our annual company meeting, so that clears a bunch of things off my plate so I can focus on my other stuff.
I started seeing a new therapist a month or so ago. That's been going well. Very different from my last one but not bad different.
Keeping food celebrations to one day and not the entire month will be my goal. Mostly looking to maintain, and then I have 2 months to get down to my weight class.

I have 3 more weeks of work and then I’ll take my year end two weeks off. This year, I’ll have the last week of Dec and then the first week of Jan. Much excite.
I’m sticking with my same general schedule from the last two months since it’s been working well for me. I finish PUTV vol 4 on Monday so I’ll see what to do about strength. Probably do some splits until the end of the year.
I’ve gotten pretty lax on my sleep schedule so I will try to focus on that this month.

Morning.
30 minute techno ride with Jess King 10 minute glutes and legs with Andy 5 minute stretch with Emma
Yoga tonight.
There's a glitch in the peloton matrix. It gave me my bronze strength badge even though it's only the second of the month and that was my first strength class. Other more hardcore people than me will complain and they'll fix it, but I was confused to see it pop up at the end. That ride was hard and Jess was in her glory. Highly recommend.

Morning! November as decent. I got in just over 200 miles on the bike. Aiming to beat that this month.
Yesterday was a rest day, but today I did Wilpers’ 45 minute PZE live, an extra 10 with Camila, a post ride stretch and 10 minutes light arms with Camila.

I lost no weight in November. I did work out a bunch, though.
Goals are: 1. Eat my brought lunch at work 2. Work out 5/7 days a week 3. Hit daily protein goal
Today was 30 minute low impact ride with Tunde.

November was rough for me. December my goal is consistency.
30 min HIIT run w/Robin 20 min HIIT run w/Olivia 10 min Chest & Back w/Callie 5 min Core w/Emma 10 min Post-Run stretch w/Matt
My parents took my kids for the night and I slept for 10 hours. It was much needed.

We didn’t have to be anywhere until 11:30 this morning so I got to do a long workout.
10 min core with Callie 60 PZE with Wilpers 10 min holiday stretch with Ross
The PZE was 7 and 8 min zone 3 intervals. So I PR’d by a couple of points. I need to take a 60 min PZ class soon so I stop PRing on endurance rides. Lol

I scaled WAY back on running in Nov (mostly intentional to see if it would help my knee and it did) I did a great job of consistency through Thanksgiving so hooray! I was doing better on sleep until the last couple of weeks so I need to refocus on that.
We were supposed to go skiing today but idk I did something to my most outer foot bone and putting any pressure on it was super painful the last 2 days so we cancelled those plans. I also only walked on Thurs because of it and took an unplanned rest day yesterday. It feels better today but I took no chances. I did yesterday’s workout today and skipped box jumps/jumping lunges.
December I want to keep the consistency and find a better balance with the run. I’m recently seeing a LOT of progress (for me) with muscle mass and it’s encouraging!

Hello👋 I'm so terribly behind on here and need to do some serious catching up. I've been working out daily and incorporating more core workouts and I've even tried barre for a change! Can say that I was pleasantly surprised and liked that class.
Today I did:
10 min full body stretch 30 min HIIT & hills ride with Dennis...this was a class someone invited me to and then they didn't show up😂 5 min cool down ride 20 min glutes & legs with Rad 5 min lower body stretch
Rad's class was a live one from today and was really awesome. I highly suggest taking this class!

I was at the Peloton showroom last weekend and they had the tread + on display with the rear guard on it. Looked pretty good!

Yesterday was a 7.5 mile hike thru a pretty cool trail that is basically in my backyard. I have no idea how I have never been there before, it was technical and if it was wet it'd be a pretty muddy trail! We went on the trail to "train" for our 12k trail race next saturday....haha, at least we aren't going out to win it, just for the bling.
Today I am going to do some stretching / yoga. I am also going to take the dog on a mile jog for another training session. Followed up with the dog park this afternoon.

wow, how are we in the 12th month already? I failed at keeping up with my strength and yoga last month so that is part of my goals this month. I also need to run like 80 miles to hit a badge for this month, I am hoping I can make it happen.
I did drop down into a different decade late last week; it only last like a day but I was there. So I am determined to get there again because I know I can do it. I am meal prepping today and have healthy meals planned for the week.
I also just got LLM new cookbook so i am making some recipes out of there for lunch.

Gotta get back in here! I’m pleased with what I got done in November and hope to do pretty much the same this month. It will be challenging but I’ll try. Started off rough due to having to work a long day Friday and tomorrow. However I got up and out v early Friday morning for a 30 min run & 10 min core, all before 5am. Hope to finish the year strong!

Morning.
30 minute world AIDS day run with Jeffrey 5 minute stretch with Camila 5 minute core with Olivia
Yoga tonight.
That run was super sweet, I just love Jeffrey. It's also pretty easy, lots of jogging and walking while he chats with an ambassador for Red, and AIDS outreach organization. So if you need some feel good or an easy run, highly recommend.
The kids and I are visiting my grandmother today and it's a 4 hour round trip drive to her nursing home. So, like, 6+ hours of sitting. And food will be whatever.

I have a busy day ahead and am already behind but I got in a quick 20 minute ride with Tunde. I’ll try to do strength and stretching this evening.

Active recovery day for me. It was gorgeous outside this morning so I traded my tread walk for an outdoor walk.
30 min pop walk with Joslyn 20 min yin yoga with Chelsea 10 min foam rolling with RK
I’m in a weird spot where getting to 18k minutes on peloton for the year is doable but a stretch. I basically have to get 48 minutes a day for the rest of the year. Which is not totally out of the question but will require effort. I do 60 minutes a lot of days, so I’m just going to keep plugging away and see if I can get it. Might be a good case for doing that 120 minute Wilpers ride before 12/31.

RunsforWineandCarbs please report back on which recipes you make from the new LET book. So far I have made the enchilada soup (LOVE it, one of my fave recipes so far, but I’m a big soup fan), and the Korean beef to make bibimbap bowls (also delicious, huge hit with the family). Tonight I am making the creamy Cajun chicken, mostly because it seemed simple. 😂

OTF this morning. It was an ESP day and bosu oj the floor. I felt really good. And I was feeling myself a bit because the lady next to me said I was her hero when I did the high rows standing on the bosu. 💅🏼
I had been feeling a little discouraged lately because I didn’t think I was making much progress, but i don’t know why I think that. I recently increased my base pace, push, AND all out paces, and my arms are looking more defined, I think. So I’m happy with that.
