I have M's 2 year well check later this afternoon. I'm really curious to see how tall he is.

No plans today, aside from the laundry I've been putting off all week :/ I should clean some, we're having ils over for mil's birthday on Sunday. Yesterday we had the kids well checks, a bit early due to crazy busy upcoming weeks. Both healthy, thankfully! Starting DS in his big bed this weekend, I'm so nervous. joi922 I hadn't heard the latest update yet, but it's just heartbreaking  |

I haven't caught up from yesterday. My mom couldn't watch J so I took a vacation day to spend with him. My friend and her son visited to give him an early birthday gift so that was nice.
Everything else is shit though. MH's uncle was sent home with hospice. He was diagnosed last month with pancreatic cancer. It all happened so fast.
I started my period too so shittiness all around.

it's Friday y'all. thought h would be home by the time i get out of work. nope, not home until 9 or 10 tonight. it almost feels like when you wake up on a Tuesday thinking it's Thursday but it's not.

It's my last Friday off. MH took N to school and I have a list of stuff to get done but I can't find motivation. Laundry, cleaning, toy purge, grocery shopping, Hobby Lobby, making a pasta salad and cupcakes for my papa's bday party tomorrow, etc. I feel like Betweenthelines last week.. |

I fucking hate the world today. All I want to do is throw things and scream and curse at whatever gods might exist.
This kid was in a controlled environment with medical staff. Took ONE BITE of a muffin. Nose started running, so they used an epi pen. He started coughing so they called an ambulance. He vomited and coded in the ambulance.
One fucking bite of muffin. ONE!!!! That's all it took. And now this mom is going through all of our worst nightmares. I can't stand it. It's so fucking unfair.

mommabakes, our doctor told us mismeasurements when they are this age are pretty common, bc it's so hard to keep them still to do the measurement.
