March 11, 2023 Speaking of mid-thrust, this former manufactured singer tells a tale that she was recently with a guy who died while having sex with her. Her stories are often embellished. It was probably more along the lines of a heart attack or really bad indigestion or he had second thoughts. Aubrey O'Day Had second thoughts. Lolllllll

yes, that was my question, whether there was anything court ordered for him to pay. If not, I agree any payments would just be out of the kindness of his heart at this point. I’m assuming there isn’t just based on the fact that she is asking for CS payments to be backdated My mom gets child support still even with 50/50 because she makes less than my stepfather and to keep things even she gets it. pLUS he holds her insurance per the order and he has to pay 50% of all expenses for the child Clearly speculation ahead It sounds to me like she has custody and he probably said I’ll continue to pay half the school etc and give money for expenses and then never did so now she is going to court. I could be way off but it just sounds like so many people I knew who didn’t get an order in place because he promised to pay but then didn’t Yes, it is common for 50/50 split to still have CS ordered based on disparity in incomes. I was just trying to determine where they were in the process. I think the article was made to be sensationalized to get people outraged on her behalf when really this is just how the process moves itself along. If she's asking for support to be established at the time she filed, that makes sense but he won't owe it until there is an order out there. I agree it sounds like she's pissed he's not just doing it on his own volition but that doesn't shock me at all.

Plus she isn’t the best at not trying to be thirsty in the media. Maybe I took backdating as she filed a while ago but it makes sense she means from today till whenever the case is determined. I need to know if there is something in place though at least temporarily since he is paying half the tuition still. I know we have had this discussion before but I think they are both terrible which is an UO because he is so loved, but it’s so it’s hard to pick a side.

Oh maybe my wording was weird but I did mean backdated to the date of whenever they initially filed for divorce. Typically state laws only allow backsupport to be ordered from the time the divorce was actually filed in the court vs when the parties separated. California may be different, I'm not sure. They could definitely have some kind of settlement agreement in place about tuition etc already but it also could be that he's willingly paying that stuff since it is going directly to benefit the child vs cash to Olivia. IME, the obligor parent is much more resistant to paying their ex vs just paying for things outright. It's the giving the money to someone they no longer love that gets all complicated. I have no real feelings about either of them other than I think Olivia is hot. lol.

I have no idea how this all works but are they fighting for custody? Could that also be part of it? There was something a week or two ago about a win for her. He was asking for the case to be heard in NY and lost. It will stay in CA which is more favorable to her.

It would be impossible to do 50/50 it seems? Although they would have more resources than the average person

Although they would have more resources than the average person Most that I see involve a parent who has the child during school time and then the other parent gets the majority of all school holidays. But like you said, given their resources, it could look different. If anything, it makes it more likely that the parents can fly back and forth to see the kids whenever they want, and the kids stay in a more permanent location for most of the year for stability.

She says she’s being exhausted financially on legal issues. So he tried to say NY had jurisdiction, which it didn’t, and it was more senseless legal battles.

Is it going to shock anyone that the best friend of the celebrity CEO shorted the stock of the bank that he then proceeded to help destroy? Did the celebrity CEO get in on the action?

Oh I didn't realize they were never married. That changes some things, legally speaking, though still until there is a court order, he wouldn't need to pay.

Not married and she was saying she is trying to get something through counsel in the interim. It sounds like he is dragging things out including child support. She currently is paying everything for them minus school tuition. He should be paying for half of the childcare at minimum but I know he isn’t ordered to so that’s why. I just hate when kids are used as pawns

They were never married correct? He had been married before for 6 years to the lady that wrote the Pitch Perfect movie series but partnered with Olivia for 9, 7 of those being engaged but never married.

Kids are pawns all the time in this shit which yes, does suck.

This A- list actress last seen in a huge streaming hit, has a last name shared by several other people from the past and present that are higher on the list. Our A- lister says a very recent co-star was always horrible to be on set with and our actress was grateful when the show ended.
Julia Garner/James Garner/Jennifer Garner/Jason Bateman

But yea I can see him being a bit of a dick. Also love that Enty ranked my girl Julia as A- list! Love her too.

Jason Bateman was outed as a not great guy years ago I thought? I remember being bummed that he was ruined because I like him in so many roles.
Then again, white dudes are great at being disappointing.

I imagine him in real life like his character in Juno. Seemingly nice but actually a slimeball.

Trav and Kourt will have their own Hulu special. Til Death Do Us Part. I'm already gagging at the thought of watching them make out everywhere for hours. Wasn't that Carmen Electra & Dave Navarro's MTV show back in the day?
