Agree. He was kinda fun the first season he was on, but he's been terrible since then. I enjoy a villain, but he is not fun to watch. I want my villains to also be smart. Or at least funny. I did laugh when he said, "I hate banana."

kellykapow, totally possible with COVID! I am glad that Kaycee and her brother tested negative and were able to get back to the game. I truly enjoy her as a challenger. Oh and apparently Aneesa and her partner were on the premiere and then edited out, since he left. I feel bad for Nam. Dude can not catch a break on this show. Oh really?! Where did you hear that?? I wonder who it was and why she got a re-do when Nam didn't.

I wonder who it was and why she got a re-do when Nam didn't. I heard it on a podcast, then looked it up. Her partner was her friend James Simon. He posted on his Instagram stories a screenshot of him in a scene that they didn't edit out of the first episode. It sounds like he went out the same time Kaycee and her brother did. And that's why They brought in two teams (Olivia's and Nam's). They probably gave Aneesa a re-do because Jordan needed a partner, and she's more important to the franchise than Nam, who sounds like was an alternate.

Dang, the beginning of this season was messy. From a production standpoint point.

I wish Nam had the chance to stay in the game.

That’s interesting. I watched the show they aired before the season started, and it showed Aneesa and Jordan as already being partners same as Bananas and Nany and Darrell and Veronica. So I thought they had this set up like that from the start.

I thought Nelson was destined to be forever winless. Not sad to see Tommy and Annaliese go home, he bugged me for some reason. Also, I’m surprised Tori is just letting Jordan come crawling into her bed. She said she’s worked so hard to get over him and this is probably not going to be good for her.

I like Horacio and Olivia. And good for Nelson. He has grown on me, I really did not like him at first. I am weary of Nurys though. I’m not sure why.

I did feel bad that Tommy couldn’t even lift her up but I’m not sad to see them go.

madlizmom, I was so happy for Nelly getting a win!!!! I thought that challenge was seriously difficult! Say what we will about Jordan as a person, he is really a strong performer in every challenge.

I saw this. I remember they were having issues a few seasons ago but then reconciled.

Michelle and Jay are not good at being in power. They do not make smart moves. Kim and Colleen are so nice, I wish they would've stayed and Laurel went home.

How are Michelle and Jay so bad at this. They wanted someone who wouldn’t save Nany and Bananas so they went with…Kaycee? What in the world.

imapenguin, Michelle and Jay are really bad at decision-making. There isn't any actual strategic discussion, just Michelle targeting someone (often Laurel) and then hand wringing about it. Fired up Jordan is my favorite Jordan and I could see him coming back and going ham on them.

I guess it is at least more interesting than the usual rookie pick off that happens, but I just wish they were more ruthless about it.

imapenguin, most players are too afraid of consequences on the backfire of being ruthless - who besides maybe Wes and Bananas ever go for it?

I'm honestly surprised Aneesa did so well. I know she's been competing for forever but she's a huge reason they were able to win

I understood it as they were putting Banany in because they got so much backlash for not doing it last time. And then they threw Kaycee in so they could save each other. I think Michelle was really just looking for a team that would hopefully get rid of Laurel.

TJ was spot on when he said Jordan basically wrote the blueprint on how to win that game - his strategies worked perfectly.

Jordan is so good. I know he’s crazy but I love watching how he plays this game. And Aneesa was awesome.
This is actually the first season when I kind of liked Laurel. She usually rubs me the wrong way.

imapenguin, what makes you say that? Was it Jordan's "I don't negotiate with terrorists" diatribe? He is so irritatingly smug sometimes! UGH. I was impressed by Fessy on the one hand, helping his teammates in the water, and then reminded why I don't root for him when he was complaining about Moriah, doing to him [playing for herself] exactly what he did to her when picking teams! In the end though, I was glad he and Nelly didn't Hall Brawl.
