I was watching an older one last weekend and DD was aghast I was already watching Christmas movies. She said "aren't you going to run out of movies?" I laughed and laughed, silly child.

They play so many of them over and over again when I know they have others that are just as good that they don't play often enough. But I still watch them multiple times a season

I watched (a repeat) Christmas Next Door yesterday, will Jesse Metcalfe and Fiona Gubelmann (from The Good Dr!) - it was cute; and A Kiss for Christmas, which was just ok for me, the male lead was too broody and I couldn't deal with his sourpuss face. Elisabeth Röhm was in it, too, and when I looked it up to find the name, see that she's also in A Kiss for Christmas II, but not as the lead (and the lead guy from the first one isn't in it at all). Maybe I'll watch that if I can find it.

And the 12 gifts of Christmas and all of Lacey's minus last years where she went to a different country (I liked it fine but it wasn't my fav). the ones they have been doing this year are different and I know the last 2 years or whatever it is a new CEO and of course I don't want him or what he stands for back but sigh

So while I am annoyed the new movies aren’t on peacock on demand, I’ll survive. It just means on planted in my chair with my animals watching movies while my kid makes fun of them.
Watched Noelle Next Door and now watching We Wish you a Married Christmas.

I just picked up a bottle of the Hallmark Cabernet Sauvignon at a local booze barn and the owner said they should be getting more in soon, plus the white. I'll probably start my earlier than ever Xmas consumption next week after I'm finished putting away Halloween

Watching A Cozy Christmas Inn. It seems to be a “sequel” to Christmas Under Wraps with Candace. They replaced her with Jodie sweeten and had the original couple (with Candace) break up. Seems like a big FU to CCB from hallmark.

Also, my cable provider added Lifetime to our channel list so I can watch some of those without having to get into my parent's login. Win!

Sadly, kids have early release today and no school tomorrow so it will have to wait.

So they explain that the reason she is gone is that "she got an offer and the town wasn't enough to keep her here". The shade is fabulous

The shade is fabulous having Jodie do it is making me laugh more and also wondering if there is finally a rift between them

I can believe that. I think they were always still close in spite of it but I am thinking Roe being overturned broke that

I'm watch Mistletoe Mixup on Prime and it is cheesy Christmas movie perfection! Joey and Mathew Lawrence are two of the main characters fighting over a girl they met at a Christmas tree farm.

We watched Christmas at Golden Dragon this weekend and it was so good! It’s going to air a few more times, so you can catch it again. One theme I really loved was the main character always felt like she didn’t get to “do” Christmas like in Hallmark movies and watching her try and recreate it with her boyfriend’s family and realizing that stuff sucks. The whole ensemble was charming.

beesquared, I was just telling a girlfriend about that one; I watched it last night and highly recommended it to her! I loved the theme and the cast and the overall story, nicely done!
