Regardless of how close you are to your mother, if you grow up as a commoner and your mom becomes queen, there has got to be some wild thoughts inside your head. But yes, I think she is reasonably close to her kids. I’ve always wondered about the logistics of that, though. When Prince Phillip died, one of Camilla’s kids was quoted as having said he had only met Prince Phil a few times. So obviously the kids weren’t waking up at Sandringham on Christmas morning every year and that kind of makes me sad. But I’ve seen lots of photos of Camilla with her grandkids and she talks about them a lot so it all seems to have ended up ok. Well TIL that Charles is godfather and stepfather to Camilla's son Tom. So obviously they've been close since he was born. Now that Camilla is matriarch of the royal family, it seems unlikely she will leave the Christmas celebration. I hope we see her family invited to all of it from now on. Ditch Princess Michael and Prince Andrew and all the shitty hangers-on and show us happy blended family photos. |

Are W & K always kind of cold to each other? Seeing the distance between them compare to Harry holding Meghan’s hand. See I don’t see them as cold. I think they are use to their roles. Meghan and Harry are closer because, I figure, she needs reassurance whenever she’s with his family. |

I really hope that they did invite H&M because IMO they need to be the ones to work to repair this (whether H&M decide to accept it or not as is their right) and I'm sure this is very difficult for Meghan since she's spent 4 years with a target on her back. |

I love Meghan’s dress and I long for the day that I’m not nursing so I can wear something like it. Breastfeeding is why I overthink clothes right now. I like so many dresses that wouldn’t work. |

It's weird to have cheers for people who are mourning at a place honoring someone who just died. Like, I get why the crowd is cheering and it's a form of support, but it still sounds odd.

They were using Cambridge I believe. George Cambridge. Now they will be George Wales. Which is a win for Louis who now only has to learn a 5 letter last name 😂 Yeah but now they go to the end of the line when they do things by last name. Says someone with a last name at the end of the alphabet As someone who went from W to C on the line I do feel bad for them going the opposite. 😂 |

Meghan meeting and then hugging one of the mourners. Awww...   Meghan walked over to a section of the crowd and approached a teenager, who was seen putting her hand over her mouth in shock. The pair spoke briefly for a few moments and Meghan could be seen assuring her by putting her hand on her shoulder. The girl then said: "Can I have a hug?" and Meghan was seen nodding, before leaning in and giving her a big hug. |
