Topic - AH's nudes, being a stripper and alleged escort

Part 1 - one of the things that you will see online that Team Heard has been shouting all over social media trying to "show you the real person JD is" (insert eye roll) is the claim that JD was trying to introduce into evidence was AH's nude pictures. 

Evidently AH has a lot of nudes out there. Not necessarily just ones she may have sent to him. 

So again Team AH would want you to believe that he wanted these out there to embarrass her etc and that it shows some flaw in him as a man etc etc. 

If you read the actual document what it says long story short is that he didn't want to lead with the photos but his legal team did want to reserve the right to use them only to show the lack of physical injuries or bruises etc on her body. 

The actual document reads, "Mr Depp does not currently anticipate introducing evidence of 1) nude pictures of AH (though it is possible to envision a scenario in which such photographs might become very relevant in he context of this case, for instance to show lack of visible injuries, as a result of which the Court should not finally resolve this issue.

Team AH is also citing the fact that JD's legal team was trying to reserve the use of Whitney's past sex partners as a sign of his poor character. Again if you read the document, he didn't want to lead with that information but reserve the right to use it to show the close relationships between people to show how or why they might have been part of the money grab or con. 

Team AH is not saying much though about the last part of this filing which cites AH's history as a stripper and alleged history as an escort though. Team JD wanted to reserve the right to bring this up as to why Musk would be helping AH and to also show AH's history of lying. 

She had adamantly denied being a stripper but we now know she was. Is this really important? No. But it does show her history of blatantly lying. Like this is a known fact but she will lie and deny it. 


ETA - when I say reserved the right to use it, I mean to use it on rebuttal should JD's team deem it necessary

Topic - Manson and Depp texts

Elaine really wanted to cite a text exchange between M. Manson and Depp.

It would be hard for me to go through the text messages here cause I would have to type it call out. I will look for pics online.

Anyway, there is one text exchange where Team AH would have you believe that MM is talking to JD about a girl that is 18. Alleging that they were like creepy old men discussing young girls or some shit.

However, in the text JD clearly asks, "what song should I play with you and what song should you play with us?"

MM: "My new fan meet and greet girl looks like you need it trust me I'll send a pic.
18. With you guys. Depp show with me."

Anyway Team AH is saying 18 is about the girl discussed in the first sentence. It has come out though that 18 is the name of a song that the Hollywood Vampires play. There is also documentation of the Hollywood Vampires performing this song featuring MM after this exchange.

back in 2016 MM refers to his current wife (at that time) Lindsay Usich as "Amber 2.0"

MM: "I talked to Tony. But this is fucked. She filed a restraining order. Said I beat her up. And gave the cops my address. And said I have drugs here. So I am ready to book outta here."

JD response is a long draw out text paragraph but he tells MM to stay calm. He has been reading about sociopath behavior and his ex was to a t sociopathic.

I don't find this exchange to be anything but AH's team have always tried to cite JD's friendship with MM as an issue. It was their best way of trying to paint a poor picture of JD but it never really landed or go as they planned.

Topic - Amber cut the finger off statments and staircase incident

We all recall Jennifer Howell's written statement about how Whitney moved in with her after the staircase incident. (written because I believe it was what she submitted in the UK trial as you submit written testimony first)

Jennifer also states that WH (whitney) said AH pushed JD down the stairs.

What is also revealed in these documents was that WH also told her "Amber did it. She cut Johnny's finger."

There is also reference to an ex of WH who also said the same thing that WH told him that AH did it.

These could not be used as they are hear say.

Also revealed Team JD wanted to use the WH reality show footage as it pertained to the case. The clips where WH friends ask her about AH beating up WH.

Topic - AH's PI

Another document - back in 2019 AH hired a private investigator called Paul Bar.resi. He was to dig up any dirt related to JD.

PB (PAUL) - in many emails tells Team AH that everyone he has spoken to male and female had nothing but positive things to say about him. Paul went all the way back to people who were around when JD owned the Viper Room in the 1990s.

Team AH hired this man. Then tried to discredit him when he didn't share their outlook on JD. They moved to suppress any of the information he gathered as not relevant to the case.

They basically drug him for telling the truth as he saw it.

Topic - Altered photos via JD

Team AH also submitted an over 400 page document citing that some of JD's pictures and audio had been altered.

If I can find the pictures online I will come back and post them.

AH's team also argued that audio submitted by Team JD in 2015 was then altered again in 2016. they argued that it had been altered and or modified or deleted in certain parts.

They also argued that some audio began and ended in a middle of a sentence.

things to note - this is the first time JD was accused of altering any photos

Team JD argued that one of the photos was not JD's creation and actually came from a 3rd party source (group photo).

JD's team was able to argue that this AH expert's findings were irrelevant to the court proceedings. It was more relevant and pertinent to the case for AH's team to prove abuse by JD vs the other way around.

This is why the information was left out.

Topic - the alleged Steven Deuters text that JD was so sorry for kicking her in the back and he cried out.

To me this one is funny and sad - I have seen click bait articles about this one and it would have you to believe that JD admitted to kicking her.

When in reality I feel the unsealed documents really show you - if you read them - that this was an outside lie.

Team JD:

The issue is these alleged texts have never been able to be authenticated and therefore could not be submitted in court. They ended up imaging Mr. Deuters phone and those text messages never existed on his phone.

In addition the texts AH has submitted are in a different format than all the other texts she had submitted to the court.

They argued the accuracy of these texts were to be questioned.

The court agreed and this is why we didn't hear about this text exchange in the trial.

You may have heard rumor that AH did not want a jury trial. Actually this is not true. Both sides wanted a jury trial per paperwork.

It has been wildly reported that JD asked for the trial to be televised. That is not true.

Judge Azacarate (Judge Penny) brought her own motion. Both sides then argued. JD side agreed. AH side, did not.

TOPIC - AH abusing JD in her own words

She admitted to her therapist abusing JD, slapping him, going after him when he tried to go away, and that she took great pride in initiating violence against him.

Her side argued this was hear say and to prejudicial to use.

It was argued that this shows that AH is a liar, she admits to slapping him, throwing a can at him, and was proud of it.

It also came out that AH's team had one of JD's older lawyers who was helping on the case but is known to have dementia sit for a deposition knowing he couldn't remember a lot of things and details and they did it anyway and drug it out.

(There are rumblings that all the attorneys that sat on that deposition should be investigated as it was despicable to do this.

WH's ex boyfriend declared under the penalty of perjury - he said Whitney told him she had to stop Amber from attacking JD and that is why she moved out

They were able to keep this out of trial because one of the sides has to know they are being recorded and AH has denied that she knew she was being recorded even though it was her own phone. So when we heard all this expert this and that on both sides, all the figures in the trial (both teams and the judge already knew she did do it and it happened like he said).

Exactly. It clearly shows she wants her stuff hidden and why is that?? Probably because she says some things that prove what she doesn't want proven

She was supposed to turn her stuff over and she waited until the very last minute to do so. 

The issue to is there are no texts messages from her to anyone saying she was ever assaulted by him to anyone so again you can only argue the absence of something. 

You can't make something be where it is not.

This is part of the argument when he won the phone records - 


Johnny Depp has been granted access to Amber Heard's phone.



The 'Pirates of the Caribbean' actor is suing his ex-wife for libel and has claimed she doctored photos to make it look like he had assaulted her, and so a court has now agreed to his request for lawyers to examine her mobile use as he wants to prove his forgery claim.



His lawyer, Benjamin Chew, said: "Ms Heard’s counsel has repeatedly used these phony photographs at deposition.”



The lawyer also claimed Los Angeles police had "disavowed the photographs” and “did not depict what they saw”.



He added: "[Police] found no injury upon Ms. Heard and no disruption to the penthouses.



“Ms. Heard and her friends then fabricated photos that she used to obtain an ex parte TRO [temporary restraining order] and a $7 million divorce settlement which Ms. Heard falsely testified in London she gave to the ACLU and, more scandalously, to the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles; sick children with cancer."



The lawyer had argued earlier images handed over had no metadata so their expert, Brian Neumeister, could not verify the details.



The lawyer said: "Mr. Neumeister’s preliminary investigation shows that a number of the photographs have been run through a photo — a photo editing application called Photo 3 that can easily manipulate images such as showing bruises where none actually existed."



And he insisted in last year's libel trial with The Sun newspaper - who Johnny unsuccessfully sued after they branded him a "wife beater" - the publication's own expert concluded photos allegedly depicting the 'Danish Girl' star's 2015 injuries were "manipulated three years later".



He added: “As such, any editing of the trial bundle versions would have been on or after Oct. 6 2018.



“So Ms. Heard or someone on her behalf doctored those photographs three years later. When that came up in her testimony in London, Ms. Heard falsely denied it. In short, Your Honour, without forensic imaging Mr. Neumeister cannot properly assess or verify Ms. Heard’s data."



An expert will now be able to look at the phone to examine if the photos had been fabricated, but the judge denied a request from the 'Aquaman' actress' team to have Johnny hand over his phone and laptop, saying they had asked for "too broad" a search.



Amber's lawyers have hit back and accused the 58-year-old star of failing to support the "authenticity" of his own evidence.



Her attorney said: “Amber Heard remains willing and able to support the authenticity of her evidence, and her IT forensics expert has cooperated in this effort.



"In sharp contrast, Mr Depp has been unable to produce even the audio tapes from which he leaked a partial out-of-context portion, much less any support for the authenticity of any of his evidence.”



The lawsuit relates to a December 2019 op-ed Amber penned for the Washington Post, in which the 35-year-old star wrote she had “become a public figure representing domestic abuse", though she didn't mention her ex-husband by name.



The suit claims the 'Black Mass' star has suffered financial losses as a result of the accusations.

I think you are thinking about how some of her metadata was missing or something and all of her pics were shown to have been edited some years later and even what programs were used. 

Even by the Sun's own expert in the UK trial.

I think the most damning texts against AH were the ones her parents had with JD.

No one's parent would talk to him that way if he had done all those things. Especially I feel, her mother.

We will not see those in court because her mother is dead.

Also let's note, if JD wanted to be dirty and low down he could have called her father into court and challenge him over his texts but he did not.
