How far along are you: 14w6d
Size: Troll doll
Upcoming appointments: Monthly checkup tomorrow! A little early but we are away next week when I'm 16 weeks
Symptoms/concerns/milestones: Occasional pain in my pelvis, RLP, tired. Have to be more aware I'm getting my fiber and water. Second tri definitely kinder than first so far though 🤞🏻
GTKY: Do you plan on growing your family more after this? I think this baby will be our final addition to our family! I'm feeling a lot more closure this pregnancy, like I'll be ready to be done after this. I never felt like that with the other 2. I know H is ready to be done after 3.

How far along: 16+6
Size: Avocado
Symptoms: currently having braxton hicks in the car, which sucks because I drive a lot for work. Maybe I need to drink more water.
GTKY: Maybe, my husband is a hard no at 4 kids, but I say we'll see how #3 goes and decide from there.

How far along are you: 16w6d
Size: Avocado
Upcoming appointments: AS 8/8
Symptoms/concerns/milestones: Insomnia (still), increased sex drive. My sex drive normally is very low/non-existent but I've wanted to twice in the last week which is odd for me but of DH is happy.
GTKY: Do you plan on growing your family more after this? We are open. We used fertility drugs this time to get pregnant and I am 38. I don't plan on going on birth control after this baby is born and if it happens it happens. If it doesn't by the time I'm 40, DH and I agreed that he's going to get a vasectomy.

How far along are you: 16w 4d
Size: avocado
Upcoming appointments: more blood work on Thursday. My bruise from the last draw won't even be gone yet...
Symptoms/concerns/milestones: the horrible hip pain has started earlier this pregnancy, especially at night. I'm concerned at the level of seizure med I'm on, but my neuro assures me it's okay. No seizures since the increase, though. Increased sex drive (thanks vivid dreams, usually not involving DH :/). I actually initiated morning sex this weekend, second time ever.
GTKY: Do you plan on growing your family more after this? No. With how nauseous I've been this time (still at 16 weeks) plus the stress of adjusting seizure meds etc, I'm calling it. The shop is closed. Of course, if it happens, it happens, but we will not be trying.

How far along are you: 16w1d Size: dull pickle Upcoming appointments: Tomorrow Symptoms/concerns/milestones: the good: I think I felt movement today, the bad I felt like crap all weekend. Dragging and some nausea and overall just icky. The ugly: I'm feeling anxious that I didn't realize what I was getting into. Another 6 months of pregnancy and food aversions and tiredness followed by all the newborn around the clock stuff and still dealing with the toddler who is boundary pushing all the way. It feels ungrateful but... Part of this is because DH went out of town this morning for a week. GTKY: Do you plan on growing your family more after this? Assuming all turns out well here we are 10000000% done. See above

How far along are you: 13+1
Size: Matchbox car
Upcoming appointments: Next Monday - can't get here soon enough!
Symptoms/concerns/milestones: Still nauseated. #overit Lots of different twinges and pulls, and sore hips. Same anxiety as always for Monday's appointment and hoping kiddo is doing well.
GTKY: Do you plan on growing your family more after this? Possibly. It's not a hard no, but also not a definite yes. We'll see if we feel like our family is complete and go from there.

How far along are you: 10+4 Size: Lego man. Upcoming appointments: NT scan on Monday. Symptoms/concerns/milestones: Nauseated and exhausted still. Very tired of both. Can't wait for second tri! GTKY: Do you plan on growing your family more after this? Assuming all continues to go well with this pregnancy, I will be very, VERY happy to never do pregnancy again. In fact, I'm pretty excited for my kids to hit double digits Not really made to be a baby mom! I've always said two. DH did too, but he really likes the whole baby thing so now he jokes that four or five would be better. I hope he realized that he has a zero percent chance of getting me on board!

How far along are you: 11 weeks Size: golf ball Upcoming appointments: I have my first appointment with my pcp tomorrow morning. The last time I saw her I had just had a very faint BFP, and it was a bunch of back and forth with blood work. Symptoms/concerns/milestones: we've started telling more people, since we had a good dating ultrasound at week 9. I'm hoping that we can use the Doppler during my appointment tomorrow. GTKY: Do you plan on growing your family more after this? This is our last. DH and I want 2, and we had gotten to a point of not thinking it would happen. We are so excited to have been wrong

How far along are you: 14+4
Size: brilliant beet
Upcoming appointments: next Monday
Symptoms/concerns/milestones: nausea, puking, insomnia. Sooooo Much discharge. I keep checking for blood.
GTKY: Do you plan on growing your family more after this? Well that's the funny thing. Before we had any kids H was OAD. I always wanted more like three. He ended up agreeing to two and was willing to consider three (but I wasn't hopeful). Now twins. So if this pregnancy goes well we will end up with the three I originally wanted... lol

How far along are you: 14w6d
Size: ???
Upcoming appointments: I had to push my appointment back because we decided to go out of town so not for another 3 weeks or so.
Symptoms/concerns/milestones: All the sick and none of the food. Blech. Over this nausea BS.
GTKY: Do you plan on growing your family more after this? I always said I wanted 4 kids but this one (#3) happened a little sooner than we intended. I think we will either go for #4 immediately or stick with 3. I don't want to have 3 kids close in age and then have a large gap between the 3rd and 4th. Only one of our three kids has really been wholly intentional so if #4 happens DH will be getting snipped immediately!!

How far along are you: 15w0d
Size: hass avocado!
Upcoming appointments: I have one this Wednesday! No ultrasounds or anything but I should hear HB which will ease my mind as always.
Symptoms/concerns/milestones: finally not feeling nauseous! 2nd Tri is my jam, i have so much more energy and feeling really good. I'm happy with where I'm at weight-wise compared to my last pregnancy. The bummer is I can't fit into any of my clothes, pre-preg are a bit too snug and maternity are still way too big. I need another month or two haha.
GTKY: Do you plan on growing your family more after this? Yes! We want four so hopefully there's more in our future!

How far along are you: 8 weeks 5 days
Size: raspberry
Upcoming appointments: had one Thursday, saw the heartbeat on ultrasound, next one is August 10th
Symptoms/concerns/milestones: so very nauseous, still vomiting off and on, nasty taste in my mouth constantly,
GTKY: Do you plan on growing your family more after this? No, I don't think so. People are already asking me if this one is another boy if we will try for another. And as much as I would love a daughter, I can't do this again. First tri has been super hard, and we would need a bigger house, car etc. So we will be done.

How far? 13 weeks Upcoming appts? Had a good quick one today where I heard the HB on the Doppler. My next one isn't until 8/28 when I'll be 18w 😳 Symptoms/concerns? Bummed my nausea is lingering. I can't believe I was lucky enough to not know what this felt like w my boys. Otherwise my good NT last week has given me confidence to enjoy this pregnancy and start to tell people. GTKY: as long as things work out this baby will be our last. We always planned on three whether this baby was a boy or a girl. As tiffrobot said, this pregnancy feels different, more complete, like I'm closing this chapter and I'm cool with it. It feels like the right time and not premature. I really do think we would've been done if it was a boy but the girl thing is extra icing! I still don't believe it's real.

How far along are you: 9w 2d
Size: grape or green olive
Upcoming appointments:
Wednesday but I think it's just with the nurse practitioner. I hope they'll schedule me for an ultrasound though.
Symptoms/concerns/milestones:
Nausea all day, constipation, sore boobs, headaches, fatigue, emotional
No spotting since yesterday afternoon, but of course I'm still worrying. I still can't find the heartbeatwith the Doppler, which I know isn't anything to worry about yet... But I worry anyway.
GTKY: Do you plan on growing your family more after this?
I really don't know. I always wanted 4 kids (this pregnancy will be #3), MH only wanted 2. He has agreed to 4 but I have been leaning towards being done after this one. We'll have to see.

How far along are you: 13 weeks
Size: Matchbox car
Upcoming appointments: I have an ultrasound Wednesday to confirm my cerclage placement was correct
Symptoms/concerns/milestones: still dealing with morning sickness, but that didn't subside until about 18 weeks with my other kids, so I'm not surprised. We found out last week we're Team Blue! And most importantly, all the genetic testing came back negative. I had my cerclage (stitch in the cervix) surgery Wednesday and am slowly feeling back to normal.
GTKY: Do you plan on growing your family more after this? This is a tough question for me. If this baby is preterm (I've had one at 23 weeks, then one at 37 weeks), we won't have another. However, my H and I have already decided that having another is otherwise not something we could take off the table yet. I could see us with another child after this one, but we'll see how things go.

How far along are you: 10 Weeks 2 Days
Size: Strawberry
Upcoming appointments: Progenity blood test next week, 12 Week Ultrasound on August 8th
Symptoms/concerns/milestones: I have been having days where I feel great, and days where it's tough to get out of of bed, so it's been a mix. My biggest symptoms have been headaches, nausea, and cramps. The cramps have been around since I got my BFP at 10DPO so I'm ready for those to go away!
GTKY: Do you plan on growing your family more after this? I think so, but as a FTM it's hard to say. We had to do IVF to get here and have 4 embryos frozen, so I think we will definitely try for at least 1 more. I can't say for sure though until we see what it's like having 1!

How far along are you: 14w
Size: brilliant beet
Upcoming appointments: not till August 8th, then a/s on aug 29
Symptoms/concerns/milestones: still nauseous... I started feeling better for a few days but then it came back with vengeance. Not nearly as bad as it was in the beginning so it's definitely improving. I'm still exhausted but that's also getting better. Heartburn is off and on. And I'm fairly certain I felt movement last night!
GTKY: Do you plan on growing your family more after this? We're not sure. We always said 2 kids, but then we changed our tune to being open to a 3rd. We'll see how the adjustment goes to 2 kids.

How far along are you: 12 weeks
Size: ripe apricot
Upcoming appointments: TOMORROW!!
Symptoms/concerns/milestones: so fucking tired all the time. I could use my toddler's energy!
GTKY: Do you plan on growing your family more after this? IDK, DH is pretty set on being done after 2. I am on the fence. I have a feeling this one is another boy (sneak peek said boy also) and I really was hoping for a girl. I grew up with 4 brothers so I would love to have a girl around. But if we try for a 3rd we aren't guaranteed to have a girl anyways

How far along are you: 9 weeks + 3 days
Size: blackberry or southern pecan
Upcoming appointments: none until mid-August, assuming all is well until then
Symptoms/concerns/milestones: I am just SO DONE with feeling like garbage all the time.
GTKY: Assuming we get our rainbow in February this will be my last pregnancy *happy dance*. We are open to the idea of expanding our family more through adoption later on though.

Next appointment is tomorrow
Feeling much better these days. Had a random bout of puking in the sink yesterday. DD (almost 2) yelled "Mommy feeling a little sick!! I rub her back." And ran over and patted my bottom. 😂
GTKY: Do you plan on growing your family more after this?
Unsure. I think I could be done with two, but H wants 3. So we'll just see how things go. I'd like to get back into my career sooner rather than later, and babies make that tricky for me.

How far along are you: 11 weeks 4 days
Size: Lime
Upcoming appointments: Had my second appointment today. I got to hear the baby's heartbeat. 160 bpm, same as the 7 week confirmation ultrasound. My next appointment isn't until 9/5.
Symptoms/concerns/milestones: starting to see a bit of a bump. Or maybe it's just all the Reese's peanut butter cups I've been eating...
GTKY: Do you plan on growing your family more after this? I've always wanted a large family, but MH originally only wanted two. I think I've convinced him to have a third, but we'll see how this one goes.

I am 16w today. Baby is the size of an avocado. I have an appointment on Monday to get blood drawn at the hospital and an appointment on Thursday next week for my regular check up. My symptoms have eased up a bit. I am way less nauseous and I am just my normal tired instead of extra tired. My insomnia has gotten worse but I expected that. I started spotting again this morning. I am so over the unease of the spotting. It wouldn't be so bad if I could feel movement but it's so early that it's rare. I have become the TP police every single time I go to the bathroom and it's frustrating. GTKY: This is absolutely our last one. 2 and through for sure. I cannot put my body through this again.

Plum!
I have an appointment with my midwife today, but it will just be Doppler and chatting.
My nausea is gone! I'm still extra hungry but that's pretty much it for symptoms.
Now that we know baby 2 is another boy, we will definitely be having a 3rd - either or own or through adoption.
