TTMA movement. I had some movement and I expected it to get more frequent and stronger. Instead it has dropped off completely. I am going to go in for heart tones though the doctor said it can be completely normal. I'm 21 weeks and with both my previous by this point I was feeling strong kicks daily and even some on the outside. I've noticed my movement really varies day to day. Some days he never stops and other days I barely feel him. I think it can really depend on the positioning of the baby. Maybe it's possible your LO is just positioned in a way that makes it difficult. I think it's good to get it checked though if it worries you a lot.

jenn83 I didn't feel kicks until 20 weeks with my daughter. I've felt movement with this pregnancy but not consistent. Yesterday were the first real kicks I felt at 18w1d(not including flutters) and I haven't felt any since. They were flipping and moving like crazy during my ultrasound yesterday though so I'm not concerned. I don't think they even bring up kick counts until 28 weeks.

Last pregnancy mine was anterior so I didn't feel much in the way of decernable movement until maybe 22 weeks. A Doppler check would definitely help you feel better though

What makes me feel better when I get nervous about not feeling as many/as hard as before some times, is to remember that of all the crazy movement I saw in the anatomy scan, I only felt a handful. jenn83, glad everything looks good! I rarely felt any movement ever with my DD (aside from her daily hiccups- she didn't kick or elbow me hardly at all). With this LO, every ultrasound we do he is moving all over...but all I feel is the occasional flutter every other day or so. I'm 20 weeks.
