 Drag Snape is the best Snape.  The only umbridge that I like  Bellatrix  Hagrid in a way I never want to see him again  Hedwig There were more but these were the best. |

I kind of feel like Dudders is the same as Malfoy. Raised by assholes, and grew up in that environment, only learning to hate and needs to be able to learn and grow, and not be painted in a corner by JK.

Raised by assholes, and grew up in that environment, only learning to hate and needs to be able to learn and grow, and not be painted in a corner by JK. True. At least this is the point where he realizes what road he's put himself on and actually starts to become a good person. But in the movie, and the book, where he's taunting Harry about his trauma, it really irritates me. |

Also, I feel like there should be some leeway given for magic performed in front of your family members if you are muggle born or raised. It's not exactly a secret from them.

I'm honestly surprised the Black Ancestral home is in the middle of Muggle London. Like, even the Weasley's live in the countryside.

In the books, I imagined the extendable ears to look more like a line of stretched out silly putty. No actual ears.

As much as I love Alan Rickman and Gary Oldman, I really wish they had cast age appropriate characters for the Mauraders era. It would just be that more of a slap in the face of the reality of war.

Yeah. As a kid, I think all adults are "old", so it didn't really phase me. But now that I'm that age, it hits me much more. I mean, the Weasleys are older than the Marauders. But they appear to be contemporaries here. |
