I hate most condiments. Ketchup, mustard, relish, barbeque sauce. Yuck. All i need is ranch, and if possible, fry sauce.

I have a cosmetics inspired on. I don't like eyeliner. It's fine on other people, but every time I try to line my eyes, I eff it up and it looks bad. Maybe I don't have a steady enough hand...sigh.

It is a Utah/Idaho thing. It is a mix of ketchup, mayonnaise, and some spices. It is by far my preferred way to dip potato products.

Sounds delicious! I can get behind that...it almost makes me excuse your dislike of the deliciously tasty rainbow of condiments!

While I was doing so much traveling for work, we went to a place call Freddie's that had fry sauce. It was my first time ever seeing it but it was good! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I had one but pregnancy brain and added senior brain promptly made me forget. My refrigerator door is filled with all types of mustard and hot sauce. I like my condiments 😀 Never heard of fry sauce either but I'll try anything.😛

thatgirlrachel, Freddies? yum. We have one somewhat close to us! May have to make a trip over there one weekend! Not sure about the fry sauce though. I'll pass on that.

Re: eyeliner, I should prob discard the ones I have? I wear very little make up to begin with and mostly when I have client meetings and ever since I moved here, I've worn them much less. No one cares much out here so...I've not bothered. I should prob go through my make up stash and get rid some old things.

I got one and it's baby related!
I won't try to give this baby a pacifier unless there ends up being extreme soothe/sleep issues. I tried so hard for DS1 to take one bc he cried all day long everyday. He refused. I realized later on it was a relief I didn't have to transition away and didn't hv to deal with it falling on the ground all the time. I never gave one to DS2.
This UO covers two of my anxieties, germs and transitions!

rebeccabunch, we never pushed a pacifier on DS, but he cried a lot during the newborn phase and we got some negative comments about not using one from other people. The boob ended up mostly being his pacifier lol.

I had never been there before that trip. They have the thin shoestring fries that are really good. And I didn't try the ice cream but everyone said I should. Just FYI

rebeccabunch, I tried to give a pacifier to our DS1, too. He was a pretty good baby but there were times we tried one. He just spit them out. Yeah, now I'm super glad we never had to get rid of one. I've wondered about just not offering one to DS2 very much. Like you said, one less thing to keep track of and keep clean.

rachydc, you are my H. He will not do condiments. At all. Under any circumstance. Also, salads only get olive oil and S+P.

rebeccabunch, I'm right there with you on the pacifier. DS loves his, and i am so sick of "binkie", but his sleep is already such a mess i haven't been brave enough to cut back any further than sleep times yet. I do not want to deal with this transition again.

I do not want to deal with this transition again. If it makes you feel any better we have friends w twin boys that are recently 3. The boys still used theirs at night. They just took them away and said they had a rough 2 weeks but things are now normal. The mom is pg due in Sept and said it was such a disaster her new baby is not getting one. I'm a never say never but I'm going to try not to.

Re the paci: DD was given one in the hospital and we tried when we went home with her, but no matter which one we tried she kept spitting them out. It didn't really bother me since it meant I didn't have to break her of using it.

My daughter never took the paci and I am happy about it. She does however suck her thumb (and still does at age 3)!

Another no paci taker over here. They gave her one in the NICU, but once we were home, she never really cared for them. It was nice not having to break her of the habit, but Damn sometimes I wished I could just pop one in her mouth so she'd stop crying.

I'm probably the minority bc I had no qualms with giving DD a paci, starting in the hospital. She has taken to it since she was 2 days old. Now, she only gets it in the crib for naps and bedtime, but I'm sure it will be a bigger issue when baby brother comes along if he takes one too. I'll just cross that bridge when I get there.

I gave DD one in the hospital and gave the nurse a hearty death glare when she warned me about nipple confusion. DD never took one after we came home. I have no idea how I feel about it for #2 though I would prefer she not take it either (but also, never say never here)

Make sure your eyeliner has a sharp point. When you line, hold the pencil/line sideways so that it is just resting along your lash line and make short strokes, almost like connecting dots or dashes. You're not drawing a line with the point of the line, but just applying a very thin line along the lashes. A makeup artist taught me this technique a while back and it was a game changer. I'm trying to find a video tutorial, but I can't. Maybe I should make my own.

Re: condiments. Give me ALL the sauces. I just see food a vessel for sauces and condiments.
RE: paci. I swore DS wouldn't get one, then they gave him one in the hospital and there was no turning back. We stopped using them cold turkey when he was 18 months. We had a tough Memorial Day weekend and then he was fine. I'd like to avoid them this time if possible, but I won't be too upset if plans change.

Pacifiers, huh? I'll be an unpopular one in this thread and say that DD1 used one from birth to just after her first birthday (it was like...one rough weekend but we introduced a blanket at the same time so that helped), and I plan to do the same with DD2. Of course every kid is different, but it was a lifesaver for us! FWIW, a pacifier clip goes a long way to preventing dropped/lost binkies

This sounds amazing! Maybe this is more of an FFFC, but back in the day I used to get packets of McChicken sauce and mix it with ketchup for fry dipping. So, yeah, would most likely be on board with fry sauce.

Re: paci, DS only used them during circumcision and blood draws where he was given sugar water. Other than that we never gave him one and he didn't seem to need it so we just never bothered. Also I remembered! Here's my UO. I detest the cold shoulder look/fashion. I think it can be integrated/designed into an outfit tastefully but 99% of what I see people wearing just plain looks awful IMO. This trend needs to go away.
