My husband wants 1 mirror for our master bath, which will have 2 sinks and have some counter space between. I want 2. Mainly to put an outlet between for our electric toothbrush charger. Tell me your pros and cons!

I think the style now is to have a separate mirror over each sink. And framed mirrors. Like so.

Agreed.
I’ve seen some mixing of hardware.
Like the drawer pulls in brass and faucet in black? I always thought you should match?

I am dreaming of one of those big oval bathtubs…
Someone tell me they are amazing.

The mirror thing is personal preference and I think it depends partially on how long your vanity is. If it's pretty long, breaking it up into two mirrors will probably look better.

I like two mirrors!
Mixing metals is great.. especially if it’s something like a light fixture versus the cabinet hardware.
We have had those big oval tubs in our last two houses and they are dust collectors for us… they never get used. But we are shower people.

We did 1 large mirror in the girls bathroom because there's 3 of them within 1.5 years and only 2 sinks so we figured more mirror space allows them to all get ready at the same time. However, I much prefer the 2 mirror look. It looks more modern. and yes to mixing metals! check out the blog Young House Love. www.younghouselove.com/shop-our-house/ If you scroll down to their master bath, they mix chrome and brass. It looks so nice!

Oh yeah two mirrors for sure! It looks so much nicer. I agree with mc13 about the big mirror in a kids bathroom being more functional though.

I'm going to just agree here - 2 mirrors! I have one mirror that goes the entire length of my counter top and it looks pretty dated.
