Had a busy morning with dr appt. and running errands in town and DS was incorrigible this am too! 😡 Got home just in time to have lunch with DS. Now my mom is trying to put him down for his nap so I can rest up and sounds like it isn't going well. 😤 I've never gone through so many drive throughs in one day! But glad I have the option. Also did a curbside pickup at my local grocers for the first time today. For some weird reason my grocery notes didn't sync with hubs and he only picked up half of the groceries this weekend. Luckily all the produce updated so only the shelf stable staples which wasn't many got left out. Not sure how I feel about someone else picking out my produce though.

thatgirlrachel we bought a rug from rugsusa.com and have also used wayfair and overstock. Do you have a Homegoods or TJMaxx? They have good stuff too sometimes. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

Taitai, yay! Glad you're finally moving to your home before baby arrives! So exciting. With all the IKEA chatter, I now have a short list of items we could use and crazy enough, I saw an outdoor dining set very similar to ones hubs and I were looking at for a third of the price. He's now intrigued and wants to go check it out. I'll have to think carefully if I should go and if I do we'll have to strategize to minimize walking which shouldn't be too much since we'll be heading directly to the checkout warehouse to get the stuff and the patio furniture is right at the checkout area and I can park my ass on them to test them out lol! with DS whilst hubs go grab the items of the bins and aisles. Also the hospital that I'll eventually end up getting transported to is 20 mins away in case we have an emergency before I hit 34 wks. Will see how I'm doing in a couple of weeks when I have another MFM appt.

rachydc, glad to hear you're feeling a bit better. I hear ya about not being able to sit still. After my L&D scare a few weeks ago, you bet I made sure to take it easy and be good about my MBR. I surprised myself with all the things I could catch up on being on my ass. Just a few more months!

thatgirlrachel, we recently ( 6 mos ago) bought a couple of rugs for the kitchen from wayfair and was pleased with them and price too. It's already gone through no less then half dozen washes and still doing ok! They had a huge selection and we were looking for very specific sizes that was machine washable and was a set.

Hey all! Just finished catching up from my long week away. We had a great time, even though it was cooler than expected the first couple days. DS got to hang out and play with all 7 of his cousins on H's side, so he had a blast! The location was beautiful. We stayed in a cabin out in the woods, right next to a lake. H and I took DS out for a paddle boat ride one day, and he loved it! Overall it was a great family vacation. I wish I would've taken an extra day off to recover though, I have to work in an hour.
Hope everyone has a great Monday, it's good to be back!

thatgirlrachel We've purchased rugs from CB2 - really really nice and reasonably priced. They have some great patterns in grey too. West Elm might be another option to check out.

Busy day at work today so I'm only just now catching up. Now I'm starting to wonder if I should try the fruit punch at my appointment this week. Assuming they have it? Also, this:

The biggest struggle of being home alone is that there's no one else to fill up my water bottle.
Beep beep, all aboard the Struggle Bus.

Hit 29 weeks today and my app warned me that since there's little to no spare room in my abdomen, I'll be eating smaller meals, more frequently from now on. Enter my 10pm bowl of ice cream because I'm already hungry from my small supper.

And thanks for all of the rug recs! When classes end on Thursday, I plan to spend all my spare time obsessing to find the right one.

rebeccabunch, we're watching GoT here too! It's basically the only TV show I watch as it airs. Also making my way through re-reading the series to prep for the next book (eventually) coming out - I'm part way into book 2.
