Hey! I’ve been on the phone half the day dealing with drs and pharmacy and insurance. One of Sierra’s med refills was accidentally sent to Walmart for refill by her dr instead of mail order. Walmart called that it was ready for pick up, total cost after insurance was $1100 for 3 month supply. So I called the dr office to get it switched to mail order. A short while later I got a message from mail order that it was too soon to refill (because Walmart had submitted the claim). So then I had to call Walmart and have them reverse the claim. Then I had to call mail order back to get it resubmitted. What a headache! But worth the hassle because now it only costs $90 for the 3 month supply.
Other than that, we have been complete lazy bums the last few days. School was canceled yesterday and today because of snow, so there has been lots of tablet and tv time. I need to get out of this house before I go crazy.

Happy to report I did not need to use my fast driving or epi pen skills. Vaccine clinic was well organized and staffed by the National Guard. Very strange because it was in a racetrack. My friend thought she booked her father an appointment but never got confirmation and I found a nice woman who was able to check. He didn’t have an appointment but she got him on a wait list so hopefully he will get in.

Totally agree, January lull is definitely a thing inthekitty . I always get very itchy to do house stuff this time of year, and also tired of the weather and anxious to go somewhere. It's like clockwork every year after the holidays. lfig argh, days like that are so draining...it feels like 1 step forward, 2 steps back. Glad you got everything straightened out in the end. I'm sorry tgrimes, that teacher situation sounds like a mess. I hope you see some improvement soon now that the principal is looped in. DH got his first round of the vaccine today; they cannot leave base until 75% get the vax so that probably won't be achieved while he's there. Poor guy. It has been a pretty miserable deployment.

Talk about a frustrating day at work. In the middle of the day during the midst of a report my computer shut down for an update with no warning and I lost a bunch of work. Then it took over an hour from the update so I said fuck it and got on the treadmill. Trying to get this stupid report done and having more computer problems.

My post op appointment is tomorrow. I'm so excited. He should remove all the tape and then hopefully I can scrub the purple off and see how they actually look. Then A told me to go get lunch and a pedicure solo. Don't have to tell twice. They changed his work schedule and now he's getting home an hour and 15 minutes later. It's killing me. I have no help with dinner. Mj is so clingy and grouchy because of her sleep being off.

If my city does not come through with teacher vaccines, I’m hoping I can go there. Also, apparently I’m allergic to watching other people get vaccinated because I’m covered in hives (or I’m having a situation with the new tequila I’m drinking).
