Does she have one of those necklaces to push the button for help at night? We never could get my grandmas to remember but it might help. She does. She wasn’t wearing it when she fell. So we’ve basically duct taped it to her. She also has both her phones right next to her. But her doors are locked so if the emergency services get called they’ll have to break in. I made her promise to call me when she woke up or if she needed anything in the motn. She did take her sleeping pill so fx it goes ok. Old independent 90-year-olds are my great loves but also my greatest source of stress. Hoping tonight is ok. |

MH is very concerned about whether or not they give Steve bathroom breaks. He's been watching the "Kornacki cam" like a hawk. It's kinda cute how concerned he is about Steve.

Anyone know what that blue color is on Sen McCaskill’s wall is called? It looks like navy blue to me (with direct light that lightens it a bit) but no idea the paint brand nor fancy paint name. |

What dose do you normally take and how long do you have to sleep? Normally 5mg and I can sleep till 10am tomorrow if need be (east coast so 9.5ish hours depending on when I go down). You should be able to safely take 10mg (not a doctor but it's apparently not questionable until you try to take a dose like 30mg or something). |
