Josie lost her 5th tooth this morning and it’s also her last day of class. If it stays sunny we’ll head outside afterwards, but otherwise, just hanging here. We didn’t make salt dough ornaments this year so I might put together a quick dough for them.

Morning! I know this may not seem celebration worthy because he’s so late to the game, but ds is officially night trained and slept diaper free for the first time last night! My parents took the kids for the afternoon, it is a much needed break! So I’m watching a Christmas movie, I really want another cup of coffee, but baby girl is napping on my chest and I don’t want to move her .

Morning from groundhog day in my shared office. I am so checked out but I am working until tomorrow. Fortunately we should be dead tomorrow so I'll probably take my laptop to the kitchen to start baking up cookie dough. But first I need to do a client training session and meet with this new co-worker (from a recent acquisition) who I will be working closely with. He is super smart but I don't trust him in the slightest.
The boys are getting so excited and I am already sad that Christmas is almost here, and therefore almost over. I just worry about the long winter ahead of us.

@nam, Josie was very late to that game as well, so I understand the celebratory nature of it! Way to go, A!

That is reason for celebration nam2013! Good job A! and it's not so late, they say night training can take a long time (sometimes 8 or older).

We just had lunch and its only 11:15. We normally eat lunch at 1. But M's teach made the schedule how it is at school and so we followed it. Hoping to get mj to nap on his break so I can get some work done. Girl has been on a destruction streak and I can't leave her alone for more than 2 minutes without all hell breaking loose. She is on the table or counter constantly. I can not keep her down. And when I'm folding laundry, she runs off with folded clothes. So I fold everything 2 or 3 times. I cant cook or clean without her destroying 12 other things. I'm about to lose my damn mind. And M's music assignment yesterday was to make an instrument..... who's grand idea was that???? so he's been making instruments and playing them. I need a drink.

Morning! I'm working on my grocery list and got a manicure appt for tomorrow. Kids are outside running amok. This week is kind of killing me with the holiday on Friday...a looooot of time to kill b/n the last day of school and Christmas. Times like now are when I miss DH and just having that extra set of hands/eyes. My sister had her baby yesterday afternoon and all is well; she is precious and a CHUB, and has so much dark hair. They're hoping to be released tonight. I'm going to watch my nephew tomorrow while they go to baby's first pedi appt so I'll get to see her then

M had his morning meeting then we took M2 to school and ran to Sam’s. I needed something for MIL to unwrap and I got her some lounge pants. I also managed to pick up a lot more than what I went for. Every time. I need to learn not browse.
Today I will be doing some laundry, cleaning the floors, and a little painting. The boys managed to get marker all over the built in desk in the guest room, but it shouldn’t take long to cover it.

Morning. It’s N’s last day before break. H’s preschool decided to take an extra week for Christmas break and add a week to the end of the year, so he doesn’t go back until the 11th. As much as I don’t want to say this, I wish we had some snow to entertain them outside.
L head butted me in the nose yesterday and I heard a crack and it hurt so bad. It’s sore to touch today but no bruising. Dang kids.
Not much planned today except a grocery order and laundry. My scholastic book order finally showed up today that was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago, and two things from my old navy order look like they might show up today, so maybe I’ll start wrapping during nap time.

I think she is too old for that, she would just climb it. She climbs our bar stools like it's nothing. And they don't have any bars for her to ladder on.

We have dutchies all have wooden play pens for exactly this reason, aka baby jails 😉. Is t an option to set up a pack n play, with something to play with it inside? Just to give you a few minutes.

Did I tell y'all that my sister is pretty sure their whole family got covid? Although she refused to get tested because she said she knew that's what it was since the high school had contacted them to make them quarantine since a kid who tested positive was at their house. She was already having to quarantine because a kid in her 1st hour tested positive, too.
Anyway, now my SIL has it. Her work has still been making them travel and attend events. Most of these people aren't wearing masks, apparently.

peachsmama Since she likes markers so much, buy some washable ones and let her go to town on herself. That should give you 30 min at least. lol.

I didn't have to be at work until 10:30 today. Co-worker literally texted me every 5 minutes to tell me what the alarm dude was doing. I get that we've had numerous techs out and I've been dealing with the alarm issues since November, but seriously, I don't need the play by play. Also, I'm pretty sure Smokey's boss is trying to make me his secretary. He keeps having me do things that are normally done by her, like creating wills. Which I guess is fine, but I prefer not working with him at all.

peachsmama, get a giant cardboard box. Plop her in with said markers and she can now decorate her own clubhouse.

Morning. A couple young dudes came and picked up the old couch and love seat this morning, I’m glad they’re not going to the dump as they were in pretty good shape. He was so happy, apparently I’m ‘wicked and made his day’ ha! MH crafted these walking sticks for the kids so they’re out traipsing on the golf course trails now.
