Nothing really happened on Potomac, and on one hand, I like that I wasn't all up in the drama, but on the other, it was kind of meh.
I appreciated how when Karen was going at Mia during the football celebration thing, Mia kind of "yeah okay whatever"d her instead of yelling and making a scene like I'm sure Karen wanted.

What was with the elementary "graduation" lunch/dinner out? Why did they make it seem like a big deal with a cap and gown? Since when has that been a thing? My kids got a pat on their heads...
And the kids don't get their money unless they get a masters degree? "I don't care what you do, but you need to get a masters" I get she has 4 degrees, but still...

Not elementary but 8th grade graduation is a big thing here. We took my little sister out to dinner and got her a gift. I know when I graduated I got a necklace from my grandmother. I’m sad DD’s school doesn’t do anything but we plan to celebrate it still. The masters thing I don’t get because college isn’t for everyone but it’s important to the family so I just meh at it |

I’ve never watched BH before but it happened to be on Sunday morning when I turned on the tv so I left it and watched the episode of Garcelle’s birthday party. It looks like season 12. I now have season 12 going because why not add another housewives city to my watch list

When I taught in NYC, 1 out of 4 students didn't graduate high school. I know that the percentage is probably better now, since they really just push through kids. So for 1/4 of families the 8th grade grad was the only one they got. It gives people joy, even if it seems frivolous. Life is short, give the joy and take the joy. |

Telling your kids they are disinherited if they don't get at least a master's degree is something. Nothing wrong with encouraging them to get a higher education -but I think it's more important to acknowledge they might have different learning abilities, career interests, life plans, etc. Doesn't make them any less than because they don't follow in your footsteps.

I was meh on her all season and I feel like her daughter should not be involved (like Gia). The custody thing was gross though. Agree I haven’t cared for her at all, but anything kid related is off limits to me That whole story line was gross. Heather is the adult and should have just dropped it. She may or may not have been called mean, get over it, don't turn it into a he said/she said between the kids. Meanwhile she was legit being mean to both Katie and Emily with the comments about Emily's dress being tight and Katie being boring. It felt like they were just afraid to go at Heather with anything of any substance this season. So much crap was talked about everyone else - Gina might have pushed Travis down the stairs, Shannon got a DUI, Jenn's boyfriend is under FBI investigation - and Heather wasn't nice? Either come up with something good or don't bother. |

I don’t even care about Heather much but I always feel the need to defend because I think she is held to a much higher standard than others. They all call each other boring and make comments about each other.
She spent all of last season on the end of a Heather’s a bitch who thinks she is better than us attempt at a take down of her and it looks like it was set to happen again enter Katie. But then the Shannon DUI happened and it switched up but Katie was stuck.
Now I can’t defend her constant friendship with Tamara so I can see why people don’t necessarily like Heather

They need to just move Heather to BH at this point. That's where she lives now.
I haven't watched BH in years but I'm curious how Boz is going to fit into the show. I can't see her having much patience for white nonsense 😂

Not that she should be digging for dirt or stirring the pot, but I can forgive juvenile behavior a little more when coming from someone whose frontal lobe is not yet fully formed. (that might not be true, I'm not a scientist). Now Katie - I'm surprised her and Tamra aren't besties because they're both shit starters. |

How many seasons do we give Todd and Bronwyn until they're divorced? 2 I think she is setting it up and the prenup conversation is for a reason but she won’t do it right away in case she doesn’t get a second season. If she does then the divorce will be season 3. |

I'm intrigued by the new lady, Bose(?). I'm still trying to figure out the connection with her on there since Sutton said she met her at a few parties, but she seems to fit in well 🤷♀️ But part of it seems they asked the main people who has a friend that's a POC since another one left. Maybe I'll see it differently when she and Sutton actually really interact
